What To Expect
Experience the spectacular granite coast with a kayak trip that takes only 3 hours. Your kayak guide introduces you to your stable double kayak with full instructions and safety brief on the golden sands of Kaiteriteri Beach. Then, explore sculpted granite headlands, hidden coves and golden beaches fringed by lush native forest on the way to famous Split Apple Rock. Take a break on a sheltered beach, then return to Kaiteriteri.
What‘s Included
Stable double kayak (solo travellers are paired with the guide, or with another guest), paddle, spray skirt, buoyancy vest, gloves and booties for cold weather days. Dry bags to keep equipment dry.

5.00We did the 7 hour Beaches, Bays and Seals Guided Kayaking trip and it was incredible! I'm not the most confident in open water, but I felt so safe in the kayak and our guide Mo was fantastic. The scenery was breathtaking and seeing the seals and Dolphins was spectacular. My favourite trip of our honeymoon!! Thank you!

5.00Provided a spray skirt so bottom half doesn't get wet. Room in kayak to stow dry bag. Dry bags are also available for use as well as warmer paddle jackets.

5.00Excellent time. Although it was raining when we arrived and thought we would not enjoy kayaking in the rain, it cleared up and the bonus was that there was no one else there at Split apple Rock. We had individual tour with Emma who was excellent and looked after us very well. First time I had been kayaking, so apprehensive but Emma reassuring, knowledgable and put me at ease. She also took excellent photos of us. many thanks. Can highly recommend.
