Curtis Falls
We visit the Joalah National Park and take a walk through the rainforest to Curtis Falls. Apart from viewing the picturesque falls and the Cedar Creek, this is a great spot for spotting some iconic bird life such as the Rainbow Lorikeet, kookaburra, King Parrot, and colourful Rosella. You may even see the shy pademelons (small rainforest wallabies).
Tamborine Mountain Glow Worm Caves
Of course glow worms only glow at night. So how do we see them on a daytime tour? We take you to the award winning Cedar Creek Glow Worm caves that have been specially constructed to turn daylight into nighttime with the thousands of glow worms enjoying ideal conditions. The best way to see them!

This was the second time I have done this tour with James, I did it back in May and I enjoyed it so much that I came back to do it again! James was a great guide, he’s a really happy, friendly guy who is also interesting and knowledgeable, and he is an excellent wildlife spotter! Both times he found us 6 different wild koalas as well as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Paddymelon, Skink, and so many stunning birds. The views at the lookouts and the waterfalls were beautiful. I would highly recommend this trip and I would happily do it again next time I am back in Brisbane!

The tour was delightful! The rainforest was beautiful and we really lucked out getting to see some unique wildlife during our walks. The glow worms are very unique critters as well and we learned a lot about them. Our guide, Pete, was easy to talk to, funny, and knowledgeable. He was able to show us sights that could have been easily missed without a guide. The walks through the rainforest were not particularly strenuous - I don’t think any one walk was more than a couple km and the pace was very relaxed. However, there were some stairs, inclines, etc, to be mindful of. Overall, if you’re staying around Brisbane and are looking for a day trip, I’d highly consider this one!

The whole experience with Pete as our guide was an excellent one. So pleased to see such beauty in both the Springbrook and Tambourine Mountain rain forests. Pete was able to provide so much useful and interesting information about each location. I cannot rate this whole experience more highly! Well done Pete.

An excellent experience on a beautiful day. Pete was our driver & guide and he made it enjoyable and informative. The rainforests were amazing and the glow worm cave and natural bridge worth the visit.

The rainforest is beautiful and fascinating, but although the guide warned us about snakes (didn’t see any), he didn’t mention the leeches. There are lots of stairs, especially in Springbrook, so if, like me, you have knee or hip problems, think twice before booking.

I had a very cool day trip with Pete that covered a couple of beautiful places that you can otherwise only reach by car. It was well organized and the group was friendly. I enjoyed each of the stops and didn’t feel I had to rush at any of them which was really nice.
