5.00Excellent communication via email prior to our arrival as well as via WhatsApp while we were in Srinagar. Everything was arranged without a flaw. Transfer from the airport and back to the airport was without a flaw. The day trip to Gulmarg with a very courteous and friendly guide was also coordinated flawlessly.
