1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.

4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). The tour was fun, with interesting stories and even some photographs. It was our first ghost tour. Madame Jennifer did an excellent job entertaining our group and we felt the side effects for two nights sleeping in the historical house :o)

It was a fun experience. I really enjoyed all the history and ghost stories around the town. Bring bug spray a fan and possibly a flashlight.

It was a great dark history tour. Ghosts? Not so much. But enjoyable if you like the darker side of history!
