Little long, but very interesting pirate full of history about St Augustine. Small kids not made afraid of ghosts.

Very interesting. Everything, from the historical viewpoint to the "paranormal" experience. We found some apparitions (almost caught on camera); the employees were very friendly and prone to amaze us with various stories of death and the paranormal. Worth it.

Our tour guide Blanco was great. He was very knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. We’ve been on several ghost walks around the southeast and Blanco was top notch.

I had an absolutely incredible experience on this ghost tour, and it was all thanks Blanco. From the moment we started, he created the perfect balance of spooky atmosphere, historical detail, and engaging storytelling. You could tell he is truly passionate and knowledgeable—not just about the ghost stories, but about the history behind them as well. What really stood out was his ability to make every stop feel immersive. The way he described each location sent chills down my spine, and his timing and delivery kept everyone completely captivated. He was also great at reading the group, adding humor at just the right moments while still keeping the eerie tone alive. On top of that, he was friendly, approachable, and happy to answer questions, which made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. This wasn’t just a tour—it felt like stepping into another world for a couple of hours. If you’re thinking about booking a ghost tour, I highly recommend going on the tour with Blanco.

The Sheriff was our tour guide and he was great!! We had a very rainy stormy night when we took our tour, yet it seemed to add to the ghostly experience. The Sheriff told touching, disturbing, and scary tales along the way. Highly recommend!!

This was the best thing (in my opinion) on our trip to St. Augustine! Zach was the best tour guide. He was very detailed (in a good way) with his stories. He was happy to answer questions and passionate about the history and ghosts of our tour. We went from 8:20 to 9:45. He told us the stories of Elizabeth, James, Judge Stickley, Abigail, Osceola, the Watchmen and many more. He took us to the Potters' Wax Museum and told us about some paranormal activity there. There was about 20 people in our group, and I think that is probably their max. It wasn't that scary. There may be some stories that might scare younger kids, so I would say to only probably bring kids that are 6+. You have the option to rent EMF readers for $5, we didn't because usually to be able to see ghosts, you need to take pictures. It would be too much. Whether you believe in ghosts and spirits or not, this is a must-do in st. Augustine! If I could, I would rate it higher, but I would 1000000/10 recommend this.

Expect to walk and stand a lot. Some people may want a flash light or phone to light the path. Great "ghost" stories.

The pirate told has stories of the dead who have not left. From a young boy to a QUEEN wife he made them alive even though they’ve been long dead.
