Wear good shoes. Very informative and scary information about area. The guide knew many details and was expressive. There needs to be a more specific meeting place like the fountains at the park without a compass and being from out of town was hard to tell north side and where the library was.

Kevin was a gracious and welcoming host, but this tour isn’t at all what’s advertised. As a St. Louis history tour, it would have been average. But as a ghost tour, waste of money. There wasn’t a single ghost story and nothing remotely sinister or spine-chilling. Just “here is a long-winded backstory about a building in St. Louis. And someone directly or tangentially connected to the building died in a way that has nothing to do with this backstory so ‘people say’ they see apparitions or hear noises.” The “ghostly” part was rarely more than 15 seconds of these very long stories. It was very difficult to stay engaged. We were bored and ready to go within the first 20 min.

Walking around downtown and orienting us around this area of St. Louis was nice but this tour is wildly overpriced for what is offered. One is paying to be entertained and the guide, although pleasant and professional, did not deliver. You are probably better off reading a Wiki page and buying dinner somewhere.

She was very enjoyable. Went very well until the end when the homeless man kept interrupting. She handled it best she could and wrapped it up

Georgia was very knowledgeable. It was a great mix of historical knowledge/background with ghostly lore. The weather was a little uncooperative at first, but in a way it added to the environment. Our 16 year old daughter truly enjoyed it as well.
