  Our guide was Boogie. Communication before was great. We particularly wanted to see the Pitons. He did great! We also visited the drive in volcano. And at our request stopped at KFC on our return to our hotel. It was worth it. Wholeheartedly recommend this tour with hotel pick up.

  If you’re looking for a customized, luxury experience in St. Lucia then I would highly recommend Randy and the St. Lucia Travel & Tours team. They are extremely accommodating, helpful, flexible and can guide you on activities you might want to pursue during your stay. This was our first time to St. Lucia and I can’t emphasize enough how much we appreciated the St. Lucia Travel & Tours teams’ reliableness AND responsiveness. Made all the difference in having our trip run smoothly. We utilized the team for round trip UVF transfers, Sulphur springs excursion, Gros Piton Hike, ATVing, and private car service throughout our stay. All quotes that were provided prior to the trip were fair and consistent. Will look to leverage the St. Lucia Travel & Tours team for our next St. Lucia visit. Highly recommend!!

  

  

  

• St Lucia Must Do

  We decided to do the volcano, mud bath, and waterfall (power shower). Our guide Niko stopped @ surprise points of interest on the way. There were 3 cruise ships in port so there was a lot of busses and people visiting. Our guide was friends with all the hosts @ the attractions and we bypassed all the lines and tourist. We stopped for lunch on our way back and additional points of interest plus Niko stopped @ the grocery store near our apartment so we could get groceries since we did not have a rental car. My advise would not to get a rental car, the roads are in poor condition, big pot holes, steep inclines, narrow roads, switch backs, and crazy drivers.   St Lucia Travel & Tours is the absolute best! Randy does an amazing job running his business. He is always quick to respond and truly wants his customers to be 100% satisfied every step of the way. Our tour guide, Wilton, could not have been better! He was ALWAYS prompt, professional, and courteous. His knowledge of St Lucia, past and present, is immensely impressive. We told him a little about ourselves, and he was able to customize our tour as if he had known us for years. Not only did we leave St Lucia with many fond memories, but we also have many photos to share with our friends and family. Wilton never missed the chance to take pictures for us that we would not have been able to take on our own. I strongly suggest using St Lucia Travel & Tours for all of our transportation needs...including airport transfers. If you really want to experience St Lucia, let them pick the best spots to stop to eat while on your way to/from the airport. All the research you do online before your trip cannot compare to their firsthand knowledge of the island. We definitely lucked out when we got Wilton, but I feel confident that Randy only picks the best of the best to work with him. It's more than a business to him. Choose St Lucia Travel & Tours and you will not be disappointed!

  Wilton was a wonderful tour guide who took us around the island telling us great background as we went. He allowed us to have as much time as we wanted and we never felt rushed. The tour was very affordable and worth every penny. The ride was smooth (despite St Lucia winding roads) and he had drinks at the ready for us. Salt Baths, Waterfall, Pitons and more were enjoyed on this tour. Great way to see the island and have a relaxing, enjoyable day!

  It was an expensive way of doing an all day taxi. We wanted to do horse riding and zip line, which were taken to, after being picked up an hour late as the tour operator had not seen our booking come in. They didn’t turn up so I called them. When the driver arrived no itinerary given, no drinks supplied, no opportunity to stop at viewing platforms as we drove past. Should have just booked a taxi. Our driver was very friendly and helpful but a driver not a tour guide.

  We booked with this company after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. Randy e mailed back straight away with prices and info on what we wanted to do, we also had to change the day of booking due to a late flight and this was dealt with quickly and with no problem. Our driver was Taj and he asked what we wanted to do, made suggestions, stopped to take photos, and spoilt us on the way to each destination. He even stopped on the way back to our hotel so we could get some shopping from the supermarket! I cannot recommend this company enough and Taj gave us a day we will always remember.

  My husband and I visited St Lucia from January 19th - 31st. We initially found St Lucia travel and tours online whilst searching for private transfer and fast track from the airport. We booked in with Randy to pick us up when our flight landed. The whole thing was seamless. We were met by a lovely lady who escorted us quickly through the airport, she also liaised with Randy to let him know we were here and when we were collecting our bags. She informed us that Randy was waiting for us already. The transfer itself was lovely and smooth. Randy stoped at a lovely view point over a fishing village so we could have a look at the view and he even took our picture for us! we arrived at our hotel in great time and it was a very comfortable journey! We also booked in for a private custom tour and Randy informed us our driver and guide Wilton would pick us up at whichever time we wanted from our hotel. We choose 9am and sure enough 9am Wilton was already waiting for us at the pick up spot! He asked us where we wanted to go and then he told us the best way to fit it all in we visited a chocolate shop, piton falls, Tet Paul nature trail and sugar beach. Wilton was brilliant absolutely best guide ever! He came with us to the falls and on the nature trail pointing out lots of interesting things for us and taking lots of wonderful photos! he was super knowledgable about his country and genuinely lovely person who we chatted to most of the journey! We were so happy with this tour that we booked in another one and requested Wilton. We still had lots more we wanted to see and Wilton was nothing short of amazing again . Taking us on a jungle hike :) taking lovely photos and providing loads of interesting information for us again. This tour involved us taking a water taxi to Anse Chastanet beach and Wilton made sure we got on the boat okay and told us where he would meet us and what time. We got to see so many amazing places and in comfort and style with a top guide! We much preferred seeing St. Lucia this way as we could choose where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and go at our own pace. We really had an amazing time. We would highly recommend St Lucia travel and tours for all of these services and thought Randy and Wilton were both very professional and brilliant you really made our trip extra special.   We were picked up promptly and had a wonderful day tailored to our preferences. There were many photo opportunities. We were given an insight into how things are done in St. Lucia, visited a cassava bakery and tried warm cassava cakes, saw the Botanical Gardens/waterfall, walked the Tet Paul Trail and were taken to a traditional restaurant/cafe for a creole lunch where we sampled different vegetables and golden apple juice. It was an amazing day which was well worth going on.
