5.00We had a brilliant time on the Segway’s, was a great way to see some of Rodney bay, the two guys that took us were brilliant, fun and professional! Jermain’s humour was a great addition to the trip, they supplied us with water and banana chip which was nice, we would definitely recommend to others!

1.00All of the materials we received said the departure time was 2:00 pm. We showed up at 1:40 pm and the driver said the pickup time was 1:30 pm. The other couple we had booked with showed up at 1:50 pm, but the driver had already left. He told us it was a half-hour drive to where the tour started, but that was not revealed in any information we had received. So, we paid for the tour, but we're not allowed to take it. It is possible they made a last minute hanger to the pick up, but we did not receive it on our cruise ship. We want a refund, but the company has not responded to us. Terrible experience!

5.00We have taken Segway tour all around the world and this one was great. Our guide tried to convince us that he was a body double for Arnold Schwarzenegger but he was at least a foot shorter and likely 100 pounds lighter but he did have Arnold's sense of humor. We had a great afternoon with him

3.00Let me start by saying that the reason for the rating of 3 is NOT because we didn’t have a fun time. We absolutely did. Lucien Style Experiences had 2 wonderful guides/ instructors, Tomas and Jermain. Our only complaint is that TripAdvisor did not provide us with pertinent information. We had no idea what time to meet our tour. We arrived at the specified meet up location at 10:30 for an 11:00 tour only to find that the bus had left without us. Nowhere in any email did it say what time to be there. Taxi driver tried to charge $50(US) for a 15 minute ride-we were able to talk him down a bit. We feel TripAdvisor had a responsibility to give us ALL the necessary information. We will think twice before using them again.

1.00What experience? Tour operator never showed up and phone number on our ticket did not work. Tour operator didn’t answer Viator either as number did not connect. Walked around for an hour looking for our tour. It was frustrating and disappointing as we wasted our time in St Lucia

1.00We booked this tour the end of January. We got to St. Lucia and waited for the driver to come. He didn't. We called him, and he said since it was a Friday, he was worried about traffic and that maybe we wouldn't make it back on time. That's fine- but he knew it was on a Friday when we booked it inJanuary- and he still confirmed. This was our first Trip Advisor booking and probably our last!

1.00Terrible experience We were given minimal directions as to meeting spot. I tried texting the tour operator and he never responded. Call customer service and they tried calling him … no answer So no segways for us. Now waiting to see if Viator will refund us. They said it will take 72 hours to notify us about our refunds. Totally wasted our day .. not what you want to do on vacation.

4.00We were impressed with our tour and enjoyed the Segway‘s. Our hosts gave a complete and valuable orientation. We shared our excursion with a group of six who were traveling together. While we enjoyed taking a few pictures, we were a little irritated that the Segway hosts stopped at every clearing and took numerous pictures of the larger group while we waited. We attempted to communicate with the provider numerous times to clarify the pick-up location and never had a response. We figured it out but a call from the vendor would have appreciated and eliminated some stress. Contrary to the safety instructions, at the end of the time, we were encouraged to take our machines down a very narrow ramp into their building. A couple of people refused and a couple who did try to negotiate the ramp crashed - including my wife. That experience was the worst part of an otherwise good time.
