1.00Terrible only because Operator did NOT show up and claimed he did and refused to approve refund request. Had to go direct to Viator with supporting evidence he did not show up to get our refund request approved and honored by VIATOR,

5.00This was our first visit to St Maarten and we wanted a brief overview of the island’s highlights. This trip was the perfect amount of time to see the major highlights on the Dutch and French sides of the island. We enjoyed our guide’s narration of the island highlights as he provided the right level of detail and history. The van was clean and comfortable. The tour provided us with some time to walk on the beach and enjoy some fresh air. We appreciated the length of time for the stops and felt the four hours was well spent. We highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an overview of the island.

5.00We enjoyed our tour around the island and saw many well known spots. Angel was our tour guide and was very informative and a fantastic driver. He gave us quite a bit of extra time in the end. He took us to a nice local lunch spot in Marigot. The only thing that was too long was the shopping time in Philipsburg.

5.00We were greeted with very professional young man by the name of Cutty,he was the driver and tour guide for our trip. He was very helpful, knowledgeable of the island. He was very passionate about his work experience. This was an amazing experience with the way he explained historical sites, Cutty was very friendly and informative about the scenery and land marks. Everyone on the tour was happy and joyful with the way he made us as visitors to St.Maarten for our first time. We definitely would do it all over again with this tour company. 5.00Frank was great! He was very personable, told great stories about the island gave us a bit of history, culture, and took us to some great places. He was also flexible when members of the tour were either running late or when we got tired towards the end of the tour, and he really curated the experience just for us. We highly recommend asking for Frank with St. Maarten Presidential Tours when you visit St. Maarten!

5.00Our driver, Eddie, was very informative, safe and courteous. We especially enjoyed the Orient Bay Beach, chilling at the Bikini Beach Bar, and Maho beach, where three enormous jet planes flew over our heads and we were sand blasted by a departing jet! We also enjoyed the market at Marigot. All in all it was a fun and interesting day.

1.00Never made this tour. Was informed less than 24 hours before tour that we had to make our way to St. Marten since we were in Anguilla. It clearly says on the booking that they will pick us up at our hotel. After researching the cost to travel to St. Maarten, the cost would be more than double the cost of the tour. Talked to the tour operator and said he would reimburse but never did. Tried to dispute with credit card company. If we had known this, we would’ve canceled before the 24 hour cancellation. Very disappointing!
