  Good tour. Enough time at each stop. Sunset Beach is popular. Bikini Beach good bars and amenities. Comfortable van. Considerate guide.

  We missed several stops promised on the tour even though the tour took an entire 6 hours. The Rum stop was boring. We didn't have time or even go near the fort to walk up. That is 1 star ding. Our group consisted of one larger group And us a couple. I felt ignored, disrespected by Dennis. Another star ding. He did talk alot about the history and the his own life as a local. Tour was disappointing and not a good value.

  We arrived on the Emerald Azzurra. This tour stated on Trip Advisor that it would take 5 hours. I booked the 10:00 AM departure. We had to be back to our ship no later than 4:00 PM, time of departure. That gave us 6 hours. We did a short walk to the departure meeting point, with many others waiting for different tours. We and another couple were called up at 9:45, 15 min. early. The van was almost full, with only the back seats available, VERY bumpy. Apparently they picked up hotel guests, prior to us and we filled it up. We spent the first one hour going nowhere🥱We were told to walk the shops adjacent to the cruise terminal👎 We all then got in the van. Stopped at a couple of places. But we never experienced a museum or a fort, as advertised. Then midway thru the tour, traffic backed up. There was an accident on a bridge causing this, for hours. My wife and I, as well as 2 other couples, expressed our concern about getting back in time, before our cruise ship left at 4:00 PM. We all asked if the remaining stops could be reduced in time? The driver took a vote of the other passengers from the hotels. Several said NO! The driver said he must accommodate them. So at the airport stop, we got off the tour van at 3:00 PM, paid for a taxi, who drove us back to the cruise terminal. We made it on our ship with only minutes to spare. Very stressful. While the tour company could not have foreseen the car accident delaying getting back to the cruise terminal. They did make matters worse by spending the first hour making us stay at the shop area adjacent to the terminal. And intermixing hotel guests with cruise passengers. Terrible👎🥱😬

  Great tour of the Island. You get to visit both sides with plenty of time to get out and experience the sites. Our guide, Rollins, was fantastic. He was a wealth of information about the island and the two cultures. He was very engaged throughout and helped us navigate the Moses walk. On the way home from Marigot, he even took a detour to avoid a one-hour traffic delay. majority beach was so Fun. It was a great day.

  Do not use the directions from viator. You will get lost. Great tour guide, However if you do not like tight cramped places I suggest not going on the bus. It’s designed like a sardine can. If you like to get close and personal with strangers then this is for you.

  Most of the experience was good and intersecting. The driver ass very knowledgeable and loves his island home and hopes you will love and appreciate it; howy, it was a long day and the bus had hard seats and was very tight for seating. It was good to get off the bus at the stops

  We were expecting a 6 stop itinerary with allotted times. At the first, the cheese store we were supposed to be 15 minutes and we were there 1 hour and told to shop around the area. The van was poorly air conditioned. Drinks were provided but the ice quickly turned to water. Then we went to a lookout spot and finally a beach where we had the allotted 45 minutes but then went to a flea market, not on the schedule for an hour and 15. We had a flight and needed to get to the airport so missed the next beach and rum distillery when we left 5 hours into the tour ( when it was supposed to be done) The driver did drop us off at the airport which was helpful since the tour was nowhere near the allotted time.

  My wife and I took the Best Island Tour last week. Rollin, our driver, was friendly and told us a lot about the island, its’ history, and the locals. We went from the cruise dock in Phillipsburg in a big loop around the island. We stopped for pictures many times at roadside attractions and beaches, ate lunch in Margot (French side capital), and even had the opportunity to watch planes landing from the beach at the Julianna airport runway. Rollin also provided drinks on the 5 hour tour. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to really see St.Maarten/Sint Martin. Thanks for a wonderful day!

  We had an awesome day touring St Maarten with Presidential Tours. Our tour guide Jesse took us to all the sights we wanted to see and more. Jesse recommended a great spot for lunch that did not disappoint. The cost was reasonable, and our vehicle was clean and comfortable. We are returning to St Maarten later this year and will request Jesse again as our guide. Highly recommend!
