This tour was so much fun! Our driver Cutty and his assistant, Wilson were amazing. They took us around the island and made us feel welcomed on St. Maarten. 10/10 for the stops and commentary!

Tour makes multiple stops at hot spots for shopping on the island. Flexible pick up locations. Water and drinks available during the tour.

Our tour guide Jamal was very accommodating and friendly not to mention a wealth of information. We had been to a few of the locations before, but it was several years ago and the growth on the island over the last nine years or so was very evident. Maho Beach and Marigot shopping were the two stops where we noticed the most growth. Jamal also made sure we stayed hydrated with water, sodas, beer, and rum punch. Moses Island was fascinating, and Toppers Rhum stop was also a huge hit, but too brief. We were disappointed in our time at Orient Bay though because it was covered in sargassum and no one was in the water because of it. Perhaps another beach would have been better.

The trip was listed as 5 hours, but took over 6 hours, partly due to some guests being late back from first two beach stops and heavy traffic. Knowledgeable and friendly guide, but mini bus was a bit cramped for space, especially along the aisle which felt no more than 18 inches wide. It would also have been helpful at the start of the day to know the exact itinerary (including stops and length of time at each one) to help us plan when and where to eat. The range of complimentary refreshments available on board the bus was welcome. Maho beach was, predictably, the highlight. As such it is very busy and tricky to get to from the parking area, against oncoming traffic. You also cannot guarantee the timing of the stop aligning with being able to be directly under a larger plane landing. People considering this tour should also be aware that standing directly behind the runway when a jet takes off is just as much of a thrill experience - just be mindful that any hats / sunglasses etc. not held securely are likely to end up in the sea! In our opinion, the last two brief stops (rum distillery for tasting only and Edam cheese shop) did not really add any value to the tour and were not entirely necessary at the end of a long day. We would also recommend people take beach shoes, towels and swimwear to make the most of the three beach stops.

Not the best tour. You can do all these things on your own with better use of your time. The driver was very rude at times and just wanted to get the tour over. I would recommend taking the local buses and hire a taxi to go to the locations.

This was a wonderful, full island tour. Roland was the best driver!! We saw both the French and Dutch side and Roland made sure we saw all the sites. From the Moses walk, iguanas, Maho beach and planes to the great Cheese Shop. He gave us plenty of time to see everything. Highly recommend Roland and Presidential tours.

Everywhere we went ten other buses were there. The first stop on the tour was shopping . Sound system in the bus was poor. I couldn’t understand the narration. The tour at seven hours was too long
