It was a wonderful experience. Serena the guide was amazing and so helpful, and the boat driver was great.

Very informative about all areas of the palace and the two islands.

Wish the tour includes exploring the island in Murano and visiting multiple factories instead of one factory. Dont even know the name but we went straight to the glass factory and left. It was more of a shopping trip rather than an exploration. 3 stars for the beautiful artworks. Could be 5 if it includes more then just the one factory

The Murano and Burano islands were beautiful and the glass blowing was excellent. However, the booking process was incredibly frustrating. The tour is titled "St Mark's, Doge's Palace, with Murano and Burano & Gondola Ride," and my confirmation explicitly check-marked all these activities as included. Upon arrival, we were told the afternoon slot excludes the historical sites and gondola. It is very misleading to name a tour after attractions that aren't actually included in the time slot you select. Viator eventually issued a refund, but it ruined our plans for the day. Great local guides, but the app description needs a serious fix.

Fantastic full day with two fabulous guides. The cathedral and Doges palace were awe inspiring and even better with such a knowledgeable guide. The gondola ride was a must do too. In the afternoon we went to Murano and saw an amazing demonstration and then went to Burano with its beautiful coloured houses and yummy local biscuits. Guides Grace and Alyssia and boat driver Stefano were all first rate.

Pretty comprehensive tour, split in 2 parts. Murano was a sales tour of the glass making factory, but Burano was quaint. Nice to walk around and get a coffee or gelato

Although it may be pricey for a family/group, it is worth doing for a full experience of Venice and the islands of Murano and Burano. Our guides Grace and Serena were amazing and a bundle of knowledge and love for their city. It is a must, especially if you want to do Venice in a day. Thank you for an unforgettable experience for my mother & I :)
