5.00Our guide, Roberta, was exceptional. She knew that the Basilica lights would turn on for only 1 hour and got us into there to watch the lights turn on. She had background knowledge about the various painters of the palace and kept us engaged throughout the tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and we had a great time.
