Mixed review. Morning spent at Doge palace and St Marks had very good guide, well paced and knowledgeable. The gondola ride was fun though we had to wait 30 minutes in line. The afternoon to Murano and Burano, not so great. The boat was really loud, the guide talked nonstop both ways but could not be understood due to thick accent and boat noise. It was painfully hot inside the boat. The glass factory was very good. The lace shops were pretty and village quaint. But the very uncomfortable boat both ways (about a 40 minute ride each way) was not worth it.

Excellent tour! The land portion was very interesting and the guide was great. He had a good sense of humor and was very engaging. The Gondola ride was so fun! But the very best was taking a boat out to Murano and then Burano. The glass making demonstration was amazing. Then seeing all of the exquisite glass art was awe-inspiring. In Burano, learning about the art of lace work was so interesting. We watched a woman while she created a beautiful piece. Wandering through the shop filled with handmade lace work was a great experience. We bought two gorgeous tablecloth and napkin sets for a reasonable price. Then we had some free time to walk around and see all of the colorful buildings.

Tour guides were great! Especially Claudia!! Needed less time in Murano and more time exploring Burano! But the ice cream was delicious!

This was two separate tours with different guides lumped together in one package. That was not communicated to us, and it was a bit confusing when our first guide left and turned us over to someone else.
