Be careful especially on private tours. There is less than3 hours of sights to see on island and if you don’t want to shop(which is next to port) and spend 2 hours at beach you won’t get your money’s worth. We and our driver agreed to be dropped off at 4 and were dropped off at 2. Less than 3 hours. The most disappointing tour I’ve ever taken and by far the most expensive.

Open air bus so it was very windy and hot. The roads were very bumpy which made my back sore, but that was just me. Also very crowded in the seats. You couldn’t sit very comfortable

It’s not really a sightseeing tour in that not many sights are seen. Tour booked for 11am but we weren’t picked up till 11:30 and transferred into Charlotte Amelie, then transferred to another vehicle with other tourists from a range of different island locations. Tour then started just after noon. Open air vehicle provided natural air con, but combo of roads and virtually no suspension made the tour feel like a deep tissue massage. From 2pm it was clear the driver had run out of things for us to see so started to drop guests off at their starting points which were situated at considerable distances apart. Superficially the tour lasted for 3 1/2 hours, in reality the tour was 1 1/2 hours with 2 hours of dropping other guests off at their starting points. You got to see a great deal of St Thomas’s road network but not much else.

The overall excursion was good. They need to work on a better sound system because the first truck we got into PA system was terrible. Nobody could hear the driver… when we got into the truck Godfrey was driving the PA system was much better and Godfrey was very knowledgeable about the island

You could not hear the driver. It was very static on the bus and we were very glad the main guy met us at the stopping point and explained things to us. I

Very knowledgeable driver/tour guide. Plenty of water and snacks offered during the trip. A great way to get a snapshot of the island and see the other islands from the mountain top. One of the vans has a low roof which made horizontal viewing a challenge, but the second van we were in was fine, having a higher roof. Convenient pick up and drop off by the cruise port. A worthwhile trip.

Knowledgeable tour guide/drivers, telling you about the history of the Virgin Islands. A good trip to get a snapshot of the island. One of the vans had a low roof, so to see out horizontally was a challenge. The other bad was much better. Convenient pick up and drop off from the port.

Tour is just a drive up to the top of the mountain where you will be dropped off at a shop with expensive drinks and so so staff. The stops for pics were the same view each time...

Air Force One is great tour guide he made sure we have plenty of time in each tour spots. And the most of all when he stopped at the school he greeted the school children and the school kids reply back and it was so adorable. It made our tour special seeing kids how happy they are even in under the rain. The gigles if the children lingers in our memory. Anyway kudos to Air Force One he is loud voice that we can hear him clearly in the back. He preparex snacks and drinks so plenty for seconds. The tour was amazing worth the money and time.

Godfrey’s tour was amazing. Starting from pick up he made sure we had waters, took us to the mountaintop which was incredible he shared so much information with us. Lots of time at the stops to take pics and enjoy the views. The beach stops were also a wonderful and he gave us beach options with warnings for events/crowds. Overall this is a great tour.
