Aegibong Ecological Park, where the Starbucks closest to North Korea is located, has renovated an old observatory into an ecological park.
On the way to the observatory, we will cross the suspension bridge. If you cross this bridge, you can reach the Starbucks closest to North Korea. In front of Starbucks, there is an observatory where you can view North Korea and a telescope that you can use for free.
This park consists of an ecological exhibition hall, an observatory, and an ecological trail. In particular, it is beautiful to see the natural scenery and architecture beautifully harmonizing.
Tour course: Meeting place - Aegibong Peace Ecopark - Peace Eco Exhibition Hall - Jogang Observatory (Starbucks Observatory) - Hyundai Outlet - Drop off City Hall.

5.00Our DMZ half-day trip was very enjoyable, and Heather brought great energy to the tour. She was cheerful, interactive, and always had a warm smile, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for the group. She shared interesting information about the DMZ and encouraged questions along the way, which made the experience engaging and informative. One small suggestion would be that sometimes the explanations started before the whole group had gathered, so a few people may have missed parts of the introduction. With a large group of around 30 people, it can understandably be challenging to manage everyone. Overall, Heather’s enthusiasm and friendliness made the tour enjoyable, and we appreciated her effort to keep the group engaged.

5.00A wet and cold day but our guide made it an interesting experience and informative visit. Being the second coach to arrive after opening time meant we avoided long queues for a warming drink and in general.
