  Bobby was a good guide, however the trip was spoilt by the long bus pick up of guests, we were 90 minutes on the bus before the trip started. Disappointed not to be in the gardens for the light show, we were ushered in the back and watched from a vantage point. Some of the stops were pointless just to fill in time. You could do this trip on your own very easily as everything was within walking distance. The river cruise was ok.

  Lack of communication at the meeting point from the tour guide of what was happening. The river cruise very short about thirty minutes then off onto a coach, it was raining and very hard to see from the coast as we were travelling. When we alighted for the lazer light show the we followed the guide but for the amount of people at the Marina Bay Sands and we also got mixed up with another group until we got outside for the show. Once the show was over we could not find our guide so we headed back to the drop off point and waited along with another couple from the tour but obviously the group were going to meet the pickup somewhere else as the guide did not inform all about the next light show in the Gardens by the Bay. Consequently we along with the other couple got a taxi back to our hotel. For the price we paid in Australia for the tour was not worth it.

  Think tour guide must of had a long day that day. He kept making mistakes on information. We questioned him and he did correct himself but it must of confused people with his instructions because we lost 2 after first light show. Was raining before the river cruise but not cancelled, we paid over $200 for this tour so wasn’t losing that kind of money. 2 young girls had to sit out the back in the rain as there wasn’t enough room inside (not great). After the river cruise, which was very good. The rest was rush rush and quite a few were not really able to move quickly. We got to the first light show and was only minutes before it started so me being short didn’t see much at all with already lots of people gathered in front (not tour guides fault) but then we had like 2 minutes to be on the bus for the next show. Got to see that and was brilliant. Then off for a taste of satay from hawkers food store and it was all over in a few minutes. Guess l felt the whole thing was a wizz bang click and collect onto the next job. It wasn’t cheap it wasn’t all bad but for the money we paid l would not encourage anyone else to do it. We wont use them again. Because when we are on holiday we want it to be memorable.

  Expected more from a private tour ! Guide was rushing us and took off before we started the boat ride ! Don’t recommend booking this one , there are better excursions .

  The bus driver handled the bus masterfully! We felt safe the entire ride. The guide was funny and knowledgeable! The marina bay cruise was short but the light show was amazing! The spectre light show at the gardens by the bay was on another level of spectacular! Overall great experience!

  Tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind !! Me and my wife thanks him and Viator for having him as a tour guide; this gentleman took us to the very best spots and was very responsible with the whole group, was also very nice and kind with us

  Lots of confusion regarding meeting place. No clear itinerary about activities. 1. Meet at Clark Quay 2. Boat tour ( you can do your own) 3. Tour bus to Marina Sands shops to see the light show (also free to public at 8 pm) 4. Tour bus to Gardens by the Bay to see another light/music show (also free to public) Started late, stops to take photos but cannot participate in activities, you can basically do all of these activities on your own and have a better time.

  Enjoyed the tour very much, however I think they expected people to stay at the food market at the end and the drop offs were not organised properly. One couple had to get off the bus and catch a taxi to their hotel even though they were marked off as on the right transport back.

  This is a fast pace tour which takes in all the night-time entertainment points around Clarke Quay, Marina Bay Sands and the Gardens by The Bay. Oh, and of course a lovely dinner at Las Pa Sat. Loved this tour!!
