A traditional house built over 100 years ago and sleeping in futon on tatami. Please note that there're two mascot cats.
Kasamori-ji Temple
Wooden Kannon Hall built on top of a rock deep in the forest in 1028. You will be amazed by the careful and precise work done by people of the time and feel how Japanese culture and architecture are strongly connected with natural materials. The view from the corridor offers the majestic Boso mountain range.
Idzuna-dera Temple
Discover a small, serene temple with a beautiful garden and small bell hall. The sculptures displayed there worked by Nami-no-Ihachi, profoundly influenced Katsushika Hokusai, inspiring his famous work, "The great Wave off Kanagawa" one of his 'Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji.
Indulge in a hearty countryside lunch featuring exceptionally fresh seafood that can only be savored locally, alongside a variety of meats. This generous and satisfying meal will fill your stomach and leave you wanting more.
Visit a woodwork craftsman's studio and explore Japanese culture through his work and tools. Craft your own chopsticks in the workshop, and later enjoy dinner using the tools you've made.
Toyonotsuru Brewery
Visit a local sake brewery and savor the pure taste of Japanese sake. Brewery tours are available upon request. *Please note that sake breweries are not typically open to tourists, so tours may not be available depending on their work schedules. Please make your request early.
Farmer's Market Nanohana Main Store
Visit the local farmers' market and explore a variety of fresh, locally harvested produce. Enhance your dinner menu with the freshest vegetables straight from the field. After checking into your traditional Japanese farmhouse, the owner will join your team to prepare delicious tempura using the freshly bought vegetables.
Morning Market
Rise early and visit the morning market, which has been around for over 400 years. Fresh locally caught vegetables and fish are on display. Trying street food you've never seen while chatting with the locals or having breakfast in small restaurants to try Sashimi in the morning will be another unforgettable experience. *Market opens on sunny days and closes on rainy days. The market becomes more vibrant during the weekends.

KURKKU FIELDS
Started in 2019 Kurukku Fields is a new type of sustainable laboratory. It is a combination of open air museum and farmland offering unique scenery. You can of course enjoy a variety of organic food farmed here. Release yourself and feel the good vibration of nature with all your senses before you head back to Tokyo.
