We had a great time with our son’s family, including grandkids. The crew was outstanding and the entire operation from reservations to hotel return was well organized.

Perfect experience with Captain Richard and crewmate Jayden. Both are very funny and they really know everything about the rays. This tour is definitively worth the price.

Amazing trip, just do it here instead. Less crowded boat made the tour feel way more personal. The tour guides were amazing In not particular order Marcus, Mitchel, Romel and RJ. They helped my mom who is not a strong swimmer experience this wonderful adventure. Wonderful for kids and family. Mitchell was full of jokes and Marcus was full of knowledge. Definitely down to do it again a thousand times over! Excellent

Everything was great. We had a last minute tour canceled, our taxi driver Jacob gave us this company’s number. We called at 730 and got on the 830. From shuttle pick up and drop off to the tour it was amazing. Bunson alex Mitchell and Joyce were amazing!

Great time! Mitch and Maurice were wonderful guides who skillfully got us to the right spots, helped us all have a great experience with the stingrays and then took us to Coral Gardens for an amazing time of snorkeling. We really appreciated our small group experience-some other nearby boats were so packed. Highly recommend!

Crew was great and very attentive! We went out on a windy day and still had a wonderful experience. We saw tons of stingrays, fish and even a couple turtles!

All the employees were so great- everyone from the office, to the shuttle drivers, to the crew were super kind and professional. We had a stingray/snorkel tour aboard the Cayman Bear- the water was a bit choppy and the crew did a great job making sure everyone was doing ok. My only constructive feedback is that the water was apparently a little too rough for visitors to safely interact with the stingrays. The crew advised us to shuffle our feet and avoid jumping when the waves came in, but the waves were really knocking many of us around, and some people in our group disregarded or forgot the direction to not jump- resulting in stingrays being accidentally stepped on, kicked, etc. I accidentally scratched a ray with my fingernail because one came around the boat right after I stepped off, and a wave knocked me into him- I felt so bad. It was kind of a tough choice between staying on the rocking boat and getting queasy, or getting in the water and trying to stay on my feet. I’m no wildlife expert and I don’t know much about how resilient/tough the rays are, but it sounded like it was important for us to be careful not to step on them or make them feel threatened, so I do hope tour operators will collectively reconsider sending boats to stingray city when the water is choppy. And again, we thought our crew were really great and we don’t think we could have chosen a better local vendor to do a tour with- Capt Marvin’s is a well-oiled machine for sure!

Incredible experience, wow. I was really worried this would be a nasty, touristy thing like swimming with dolphins that have been stolen from their pods as babies, but it’s not. The team are amazing with the animals and they’re used to being fed. Even with choppy weather and high waves, the animals don’t hesitate to come by and touch you. You haven’t quite lived until you’ve kissed a stingray! Huge shoutout to captain Sugarbear, JJ, and Romel, our photographer! They are funny, good-humored, patient, and focused on safety. True pros! I didn’t think it was possible to capture good pics with giant waves pounding your subjects in the face and wind-blown hair, but Romel did. I’ve never purchased pictures on any such excursion and I got them all! I wanted to remember the true joy of being that close up with such amazing creatures and I’ve never looked happier in a photograph. The snorkel was nearby and I felt comfortable to free dive down and touch the rays. How lovely! Can’t say enough about this company, their timely pick up, and how reasonable the price is for the experience. I was a tad worried about the screaming kids and the waves forcing them to jump, and maybe inadvertently stepping on a stingray. But no such issue under our crew’s watchful eyes. I would classify this as something not to be missed if you visit Grand Cayman.
