We got a message the day before, giving us a new departure place. We received it with a link to Google maps. So far, so good. We turned up 30 minutes before, and 20 minutes after the planned departure, we left. No boat came.

The boat trip was nice. Unfortunately, the guide was bad. The different languages were confusing it was very loud music you couldn't talk and there was very little comment what is just to see a pity.. the price is quite high.. Maybe it would be better if it had headphones so everyone can choose their language they would like

The meeting point was difficult to find. The description of where to meet said to look for the Scandic Tour signs. We did not see any signs or boards with this information on them. We walked back and forth looking for the crowd gathering about the right time and I referred to the photo on my phone from Trip Advisor - seeing people sitting at tables on the deck. That is how I knew we were in the right place. We were not allowed on the boat as it was overbooked. This was disappointing however the person boatside was very apologetic and said he would refund our money that afternoon which he did.

It was a nice ride! But I was a bit disappointed about how little info was given on the tour itself. They accommodated to 4 languages, which was impressive and great to be so accessible, but ultimately it wasn't a lot of actual information (they didn't give a ton of guided tour details, and when they did they had to translate into each language). Good with the views, light on the information.

It was hard to find the boat. There was no sign of the company (Scandia) and it was not located across from Palace. Had to ask another boat company who pointed out their location. Guide was reading from a script for the whole trip, which was obvious and not enjoyable. The trip was late May and it was sunny and cold. There were a lot of blankets for everyone, refreshments and sandwiches in the galley.

Great trip and we were luck with such great weather. Not a lot of information along the route but was enough.

Massively oversold, not enough seats, no room to swing a cat on the top deck so confined to below deck throughout, badly signposted, massive rip off

We booked for 10:30 am and had a confirmation and there was not a cruise taking off, we had to wait until 1 pm. The cruise was nice blankets provided which we used and loved. They did the speaking in 5 languages which was strange. Speakers were pretty average. It was a pretty day so that was great.
Was SEK 341.00
