Friendly welcome and a short but pleasant course under the sun. Way too many languages at once, leading to a lot of "dead time" where nothing is learned. The guides only talked about what we saw, never about the broader history. Good for the stroll, not for comfort or commentary.

Way too crowded. Not everyone had a seat and those of us that got there early enough to get one could move once we got seated. The boat was difficult to find as the operator wasn’t marked on the waterfront. Would be a great outing with 1/2 the people aboard.

It was delayed so one guest had to cancel. There was also a lot of dead air, when we could have been told more about culture, food, geography, or history of Sweden.

The guides were great giving information at the level needed - not too much, not too little.

This was titled Guided Tour so we had hoped to hear some history and maybe learn about Stockholm. There were 2 guides. One spoke French and the other English and German. The guide who spoke French gave long and I assume informative narrations. The guide who spoke English gave very short-4 to 8 sentences narratives. So not a lot of information given. It was pretty much just a 2 hour boat ride.

The tour itself was nice. It was very tight on the ship. Passengers were only allowed onto the ship very shortly before departure, so there was a decent crowd. Good multilingual explanations.

We got a message the day before, giving us a new departure place. We received it with a link to Google maps. So far, so good. We turned up 30 minutes before, and 20 minutes after the planned departure, we left. No boat came.
