1.00The bus did not get to our area until 1 hour after start time. The first bus drove right passed us. We were dropped off by the ABBA museum and pretty much walked the rest of the day as we never could find a bus or the boat. Not work the money. In fact we have requested a refund because of the number of times the bus passed us by as well as it ends at 5 without warning

2.00Worst hop-on hop-off tour I've done so far. Has been to various other cities. Hardly any information, generally at max. 6 stops any info at all. In my opinion, rip-offs.

5.00That was awesome. Clear instructions about the tour by tour guide. The guide explained about the duration, route of the tour. The guide also informed about how and where to take the metro at the end of the tour.

3.00Quite honestly we would have been just as well off in Stockholm not using the hop-on hop-off bus. First off the hours are limited to 10am to 4pm, and while we decided to ride it for just one full loop, most of the time the audio was just music, there was very little audio tour guide playing and about half the stops had no audio tour guide description. After we got off, we ended up just using Stockholm's public transit for the day which is very convenient as you just tap a credit card, and it went everywhere we wanted to go, and didn't have restrictive hours or force you to go to every stop.

3.00Lack of information on transit times. Full bus refusing new passengers despite the drop-off of 4 people. Failure to respect the route with all passengers dropped off at a cruise terminal and the obligation to change buses.

2.00Not the best bus hop on we have used , was mostly music and not many sights , the ticket guy was rude demanding see our ticket when We were getting off , this is normally a must do attraction for us when we go to different cities but this one was dreadful Wouldn’t waste your money

1.00Don’t waste your money. The bus tour was advertised as a 90-minute experience, but it lasted barely 45 minutes. There was also no audio tour provided, which made the ride much less informative than expected. If you’re looking for a proper city tour with information and reasonable value, you may want to consider other options.
