  • Amazing pass

The pass was amazing, we were able to see so much in Stockholm, the museums were plenty, we understood some places were not open for the season yet but look forward to coming back again to see the islands . Hop on and hop off was disappointing as only 2 buses were running and made for a lot of dead time ended up Ubering instead. We even took in the ice bar and drink.

  • Horrible, very rude person at the entrance knowing that a friend had booked a carousel Vip, we were refused the deal

Your employees have to pay, they pass their friends and refuse customers who have made reservations in the bar.

  • Good pass but not for kids

Good pass but not for Kids. It should be notify that most of the visit are free for a 9 years old kid and that it's not worth it to buy a pass for them.

  • Great in concept but not so much in reality

I had the Essentials pass, which included 3 attractions, 1 major and 2 lesser. The pass does not allow for pre-booking at most attractions, but given I was going in February, I did not think that would be an issue. At the Vasa, the major attraction I chose, we showed up and it worked beautifully. We also chose to use it at the Ice Bar, and this does allow pre-booking but no later than 19:15 pm. Not ideal, but workable, so two out of three down. But then the canal tour is where things fell apart. You must show up the day of, in person, to get a ticket. We showed up right as they opened and were told there was nothing available that day. We showed up the next day, and they had just a few tickets on the last cruise of the day, which we were able to do. And this is in February; not exactly peak season. So fortunately, we were able to use the pass at the three locations we wanted, but it did involve two extra trips to the canal tour kiosk, and a shuffling of our schedule.

  • Not in Winter or Public Holiday period

Not worth getting this card. Transport not included. Impossible to do 4 venues per day (to make it worthwhile) especially in winter when venues shut early.

Horrible experience. I am giving Stockholm Pass and Viator 1 star; would give 0, if possible. I bought a 2 day pass and the pass only worked for 24 hrs. When I went to use it on day 2, the QR code was no longer available so I could not use it to get into any of the sites. I contacted Viator, and they reached out to Stockholm Pass. When Viator got back to me they said that my pass expired at 11:59 pm on Day 2, which was funny since I contacted them around 11am on Day 2 (12+ hrs before it expired) when I was at The Royal Palace and saw that QR code was missing from my pass. At that point, I should have had the majority of the day available. Viator kept giving me the same answer when I told them the QR code was missing, which was required to get into the sites. I tried to contact Stockholm Pass but had no luck. Basically, I paid for 2 days and got 1, so was ripped off for 1 day. I would not recommend either and will not be using Viator again.

  • Beautiful Stockholm.

2 day pass was enough for my daughter and me and it is very cost effective. We have already used it in Denmark and saved a lot there, in this way. We visited Viking museum, Vasa, Vrak, Tekniska, Nordic museum, Royal palace, Skansen, Ice bar with 2 day pass and had Fika in Systrarna Anderson and Royal tour boat. We are very sorry that Gröna lund is only included in the summer pass.

This is more of a warning for anyone planning to purchase this for use in December, don't bother as loads of the "included" tours and attractions are closed in December yet the price is the same all year round. I reach out to the to ask and got a very direct "check the website" response. Even when you put your dates of travel in their trip planner for December if shows you options that are closed!

Would not recommend as the hop on hop off bus was a joke...always late and ends at 5 pm!!! you spend extra using their metro worst part is when a cruise ship is in town they bring you to that spot and we waited 45 minutes for it to board...would rather have just paid out of pocket for anything i wanted to see...also, so many things were just "closed" and the site did not at least warn about it...avici lookout for example, nobel prize museum closed on a monday, just a joke...wont do it again for what I paid and what i got
