Stonehenge
Step back in time 5,000 years as we visit the best-known prehistoric monument in Europe. Take a step inside the reconstructed Neolithic houses, furnished with replica axes, pottery and other artefacts, and listen as our guide brings the fascinating history of Stonehenge to life. Who built Stonehenge? Why was it built? Discover the answer to these questions and learn how it was constructed using rudimental tools and stone from quarries hundreds of miles away. In the world-class exhibition centre, you’ll get the chance to come face-to-face with a 5,500-year-old man and over 250 ancient objects.
Bath
Our last stop will be the historic city of Bath, originally built as a place of well-being and relaxation by the Romans over 2,000 years ago. Home to the country’s only natural thermal hot springs, Bath is a delightful city where the ancient world is intertwined with threads of medieval and more recent Georgian history. Our panoramic drive through Bath provides an excellent introduction to the major sights of this beautiful city, including Pulteney Bridge, The Assembly Rooms and The Royal Crescent. Afterwards, the time is yours to explore this beautiful city at your own pace. Wander its cobbled streets and explore the markets, or choose to visit the famous Roman Baths* and learn all about their history.

Our guide was Pablo. He was incredibly well informed regarding Stonehenge and the Roman baths specifically but he was a super fun guy from the moment we boarded the bus till we got off at the end of the trip. He made sure each individual on the tour was meeting their own personal needs. For example, one woman wanted to actually go to spa at Bath that used the same water source as the Romans. He knew exactly how to help her achieve her personal goals for the trip. Driver Dave kept us perfectly safe in what turned out to be a very rainy drive back.

Angela shared her knowledge with passion and enthusiasm. Definitely had a good tour in these places, with sufficient time to explore on our own. Thanks Angela!

Simon was amazing very knowledgeable. Very friendly polite. You had plenty of time in bath and Stonehedge. The bus was clean and cool. Just an awesome experience 10 out of 10.

If you have an handicap, don’t come. The guide Simon doesn’t care. The bus is not really comfortable with no place for the legs.

Ben was an incredible guide - knowledgeable, gregarious, patient, smart and a dry wit that kept me entertained throughout the trip. With his history degree from Cambridge, he kept my attention with interesting stories of historical figures that you probably didn’t read about in your history classes. Thank you Ben for a thoroughly delightful day.

Everything about this tour was 1000%. Our guide, Jes, shared a lot of interesting and unique factoids, and had a wonderful sense of humor infused into his narration. Our driver, Gregg, was a deft navigator too (he kept a pristine coach). I highly recommend this tour if you’d like a planed day outside of London. Stonehenge is breathtaking and extremely special. Bath has incredible history and family proprietors (I must admit I was shocked at the level of commercialization, but it’s wonderful to discover the family owned business businesses). The Roman Baths are such an incredible piece of history, I highly recommend learning about how they were constructed and touring them.
