Stonehenge
Stonehenge Over 5,000 years of history is waiting to be discovered by us at the prehistoric site at Stonehenge. Built on the windswept Salisbury Plain by our Neolithic ancestors, Stonehenge is a site that has courted controversy and stirred opinion for hundreds of years. Explore over 250 ancient objects on display at the world-class visitor centre. Discover the tools and everyday objects of Neolithic life, and come face-to-face with a 5,500-year-old man and ancient human remains. Decipher the mystery of Stonehenge using an interactive audio guide exclusive to Evan Evans. Learn who built it and why, as well as how it was constructed using rudimentary equipment made of wood and stone.
Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle (optional entry) is the ancestral home of the British monarchy and the largest occupied castle in the world. As you walk around the impressive grounds, it is almost hard to believe that successive kings and queens have been living here for over 900 years. You'll see why this beautiful castle was a favoured weekend residence of Queen Elizabeth II. Inside the State Apartments, you will have the chance to explore the same rooms used today by The King and members of the Royal Family. The rooms here were intended to rival the Palace of Versailles in France, and paintings by renowned artists such as Rembrandt adorn the walls. Guests choosing the option to enter the Castle can also see St George's Chapel, the scene of some of the most famous royal weddings of recent times including The Duke & Duchess of Sussex and HRH Princess Eugenie & Mr Jack Brooksbank. Within the Chapel are the tombs of 11 monarchs, including Queen Elizabeth II, George VI, Henry VIII and Charles I.

Leslie and driver Michelangelo were a top-notch team. Leslie shared all sorts of intel about London, Stonehenge, and Windsor that enhanced the experience. She was also very clear about what to expect at each destination - and our departure times! Highly recommend.

Leslie and Michael Angelo were great! I still need to enter 63 characters. Now, down to 27. Finally, the last 10!

The tour given by the tour guide was great - that’s not my complaint. Their itinerary says that the “Duration: [is] 9 hrs” and “departs at 8.30 am.” Yet we didn’t leave Windsor Castle, the last stop until 5:15, 15 minutes before we were supposed to be returning. NOT with a 1 hr 15 minute to London. Because the theater event I had planned on attending wouldn’t allow late arrivals, I am out over £200. You suck.
