Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the Castle with a free multimedia tour. From October to March, visitors can also walk through the sumptuous Semi-State Apartments, which served as the private rooms of George IV in the 19th century.
St. George's Chapel
St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in England, is a chapel designed in the high-medieval Gothic style. It is both a Royal Peculiar, a church under the direct jurisdiction of the monarch, and the Chapel of the Order of the Garter. Seating approximately 800,it is located in the Lower Ward of the castle.

I went on a tour with my mother and grandmother, and the experience was as the rating suggests excellent traveling to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Oxford. During our tour the guide was exceptional, filling us in on the history of the sights and making sure we knew the exact time and place of pickup for destination and arrival. Our guide brought us to the best spot for pictures at Stonehenge and told us the best places to eat so we wouldn’t loose time to enjoy the place we paid to see. He also gave us good tips on how to not be annoying tourists so we could see the sights effectively and efficiently. Our bus was not crowed with more then enough room for passengers and the crowds of the destinations were bigger then I would have liked however being in England in the summer that is to be expected. The atmosphere of the tour was kind and friendly, as our guide spoke many languages and was very helpful to us and others on board with directions and information. Our visit was all day starting at 7:40 am and arriving at the underground station at 7:30 pm. We got more then enough time at all destinations and it was a very pleasant overall experience and a nice way to see England.

Our guide Richard was amazing. He was sweet and accommodating and gave us great history on the sites we visited. I wish we had more time at the Windsor castle and to shop around Oxford though. Richard being as helpful made up for it though.
