Despite arriving straight from a 13 hr flight and running on zero sleep, Tom made the tour absolutely worth it. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and brought great energy, definitely a highlight of our trip, and I’d highly recommend him. That said, I was disappointed with the customer service. After missing our flight from SFO, I reached out to explain the situation and to see if we could move the tour out by a day but received no response, which left us no choice but to send our luggage to the hotel upon landing and rush to make the 7:45 a.m. tour to avoid losing our tickets. I later received a note saying Tom (the tour guide) confirmed we made it, as if that resolved the issue. While Tom was a fantastic guide, the lack of flexibility and support was frustrating.

Rowan was amazing she was so knowledgeable we throughly enjoyed the 12 hours spent on this tour. It’s a long day but worth it when you have limited time to take in these highlights. Out drivet Haydor navigated the coach on the narrow and windy roads.

Scenery and guide were magnificent. The only problem is that is a fast paced tour in the sense that you get just a few minutes in each site and you wish you could stay longer

Miguel (the driver) and Nicholas (the guide) were extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable, as well as funny! The tour is interesting and fun. We were seated a little more then I would have hoped but otherwise all was good! The lunch was absolutely divine!

I had an amazing time on this tour with Nicholas and Miguel. Nicholas provided top notch lore, and Miguel top notch driving! The tour covered a lot of land, and filled an entire day. Nicholas had amazing delivery and was able to educate us about England while providing a comical twist. I would highly recommend.
