Christine was a wonderful guide. Prompt at the meeting spot. Very fried Lu and knowledgeable. Not just about the food but buildings, history etc. Very generous tastings. Sausages and beer and pretzels and Alsatian wine. Lunch!!!! ( knock worst, potatoes and sauerkraut ( or pasta)), cheeses and two desserts( last one was a flaming apple torte). I highly recommend. Christine was wonderful!

We experienced a great evening with our guide Raphaël. He was patient, very friendly, shared a lot of interesting stories and information and chose food stops that we would definitely revisit on our own. He offered a lot of further recommendations and we enjoyed the talks and getting to know Straßbourg with him. We would highly recommend the tour to everyone. It was the perfect choice!

Daria was wonderful (and her English is perfect). She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a wide range of tasting experiences at a very relaxed pace. We learned a lot about the local area and the cultural influcences on cuisine. There is plenty of food - you will not go hungry.

Ricardo was great! Knowledgeable, interesting, made us feel welcome, and locations chosen were diverse and representative sample of the region. They even made accommodations for my pregnant vegetarian wife!
