Our guide, Rafael, was knowledgeable and friendly, however the food stops/selection wasn’t great. The first was more of a fast food outlet, whilst the sausage and pretzel were traditional the setting was disappointing. The main course whilst in a very traditional setting was more of a winter meal. Perhaps when temperatures are over 30 degrees, this course could be adapted to another traditional lighter choice. The last stop was a delicious Tarte Flambee.

The food is uninteresting and will be familiar to most Americans. For the cost, you will have a much better meal at one of the many well recommended restaurants.

Delightful stroll through the city. Learned a lot and sampled much great food and bites. Sampled some wine and beer too. A full meal is part of the experience.

Our tour guide was amazing, the food experience is both delicious and authentic and the small group format is perfect. It's great for both longer trips and for a "quick taste" of Strasbourg. Come hungry. You will NOT leave that way.
