5.00Our guide, Sara, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. We enjoyed every stop, how beautiful each market was, how gracious the people were, and how delicious the food was. Because the tour spanned several markets, it was a great way to get to know the city on our first day in Oaxca. 🤎

5.00The Street Food and 3 Markets Tour (Meat and Veggie Options) was so much fun! I even challenged myself to try grasshoppers for the first time, and they were surprisingly delicious. Our guide, Sara, was fantastic, so much fun to be with and incredibly knowledgeable about the history and traditions behind each food we tried. She made sure we sampled everything, and every bite was delicious (and very filling!). I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Wow! Sara was an amazing guide! I’ve been on other market tours, and this outshined them all. We visited several markets and tasted several foods at each. I appreciated the small group. That allowed for personal attention, answers to questions, and everyone could easily hear Sara’s explanations. Highly recommended!

5.00My son and I really enjoyed this tour. He is a vegetarian and Sara, our guide, had taken this into consideration and made sure there was a vegetarian option for each tasting. We got to sample a very good range of local foods in different venues and Sara was very good at explaining what we were tasting. Definitely do not have breakfast before this tour as there is plenty to eat. Highly recommended.

5.00This was the best thing we did!! Sara was so informative and organised ( she had teaspoons for us to try things, rubbish container) . We tried so many different foods and fruits and drinks!! Chiquiles, different cactus fruits, cheeses, oat drink, Jamaica, memeles, tamales, Oaxaca ice team, chocolate, Jamaica and so much more. Sara was just the best, we 100% doing a food tour with her. Her English is great and we learnt a lot about oaxacon history.

5.00We had a fantastic time on this tour, which was so much fun. Sara is very knowledgeable and a fantastic host. The markets were amazing and it was great to try so many different foods, even the grasshopper sauce! Everything was very tasty and gave us a real insight into Mexican and Oaxacan cuisine. I would strongly recommend this tour, it’s great value and a fantastic day out.

5.00The tour and Sarah were wonderful. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She took us to 4 markets where we got to sample a wonderful variety of local food! It was a great way to get familiar with the area. Would definitely recommend!!!

5.00This tour was worth every penny. I am vegetarian and my husband is not. Our guide was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. She explained a lot about the history of Oaxacan food. I thought we were going to get small samplings of food but I was wrong. We got so many different food items and got decent portions as well. I made the mistake of eating breakfast that day. I would recommend skipping a meal before you go on this tour because you will be very well fed. Exceptional guide and amazing food! I am so happy I had this experience.
