1.00From the first moment the tour started badly, we arrived at the temple of heaven and the first thing the guide says was “I will not explain anything because for that you have AI, I give you 15 min and you take pictures”. When we visit new places we like to know their history and culture, not see a building and continue because for that we do not hire a tour. When we went to the summer palace the guide tells us that if we want to take a boat tour, when that was not informed or included in the visit and those who did not we had to wait 50 min for the rest to arrive and be able to continue the tour of the summer palace.

5.00We had a full day group tour with Gary as our guide. From start to finish Gary was outstanding and so, so helpful. He sent messages with directions and support for the meet up point and checked in regularly for the trip. On the day, he was so knowledgeable and helpful - we learnt so much more than we thought we would because of Gary. He couldn’t do enough for you during the tour and was really considerate and accommodating to everyone’s needs. The tour itself was fantastic but it was made even better by Gary - 10/10.
