Great experience!! My goal was to see Orcas, we accomplished that within the first 45 minutes of the tour. We were able to follow a pod of 5 orcas for about 20 minutes. Our naturalist on board was Liam, he cracked me up. He answered all of our questions, no matter how dumb, and gave us really great information about all the different types of animals and fish we may see. We also saw a humpback whale, harbor seals with a baby, and an elephant seal. Once we saw the orcas, to me, everything else was gravy. They also provide you with professional pictures taken by their staff on your tour at no additional charge!!!! This is great customer service, it let us focus on seeing things with our eyes instead of through a stupid cell phone camera.

Our tour of three hours was to begin at 2:00 .They delayed the start to 3:00 .we had to be back at the ship by 5:00 .We couldn't go because we would not get back until 6:00. I want a full refund for my party of 6. I did not have anything to do with the delay . Regards Robert Lovenson

This was a 3 man crew with loads of experience and knowledge. Liam has a great sense of humor and takes amazing photos! Callum was so intelligent and answered everyone’s questions with enthusiasm! So much knowledge he really knows his stuff! Also incredibly nice and patient. Captain George kept us all safe and it was a really smooth ride. We saw multiple whales since sea lions some purposes bald eagle just amazing wildlife! I highly recommend this crew and this tour because not only are they super nice and knowledgeable, but part of the proceeds from their tickets go to charities promoting conservation of wildlife wailing, etc.

Great overall trip. Was a lot boring at first during the ride to go find some whales. Once we got to the right spot it was spectacular. They stayed out longer than the tour time because the whales seemed to be performing us. Then we caught another one doing the tail slapping which made us even later. That was just fine with everyone on the tour. Jake has a great sense of humor and kept everyone interested and entertained during the tour.

My wife and I took the tour to see the whales, and could not have been more impressed and thankful for the crew (Tash and Luke) that was with our boat. To say they were knowledgeable of all the areas we went through and the whales/seals we would be an understatement. They were very polite, personable and made the whole trip even better. The views were great and they took special care and time to place us in just the right place to have the best time possible. I could not recommend this tour enough.

The whale tour with Jake, Ryan, Innes, and Andrew was fantastic! They were all knowledgeable and keen to share information on the habits of the wildlife while remaining respectful at the same time. It was great to see an orca and humpbacks, plus seals and other wildlife. The boat was comfortable with free hot drinks and snacks to purchase. One of the best parts was knowing that Jake was taking photos for us so that we didn’t have to worry about trying to get a decent shot with our phones. The next day we received an email with amazing photos of the whales we’d seen and were able to share these with friends and on social media. I wasn’t expecting that at all so really appreciated it. A great afternoon out on the water.

A friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced crew. The boat size was large enough for a comfortable ride but small enough to have a feel for the water. We went at full capacity but it did not feel crowded and the crew was helpful in rotating people between the upper and lower decks. Be aware that boats are legally required to maintain distance from the whales so viewing is from a distance.

Wonderful experience. We got to see over 30 orca whales in 3 pods and 3 humpback whales. Our guides, Jake and Tash were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable.
