What To Expect
Coastal Cruises Mooloolaba
The cruise picks you up from the Wharf Mooloolaba, takes you out to the river mouth first to enjoy sensational, scenic views right down to Noosa the headland. Stops next at the local Mooloolaba fish markets to pick up the fresh catch of the day and then continues on a nice leisurely cruise down through the bottom section of the Mooloolah River, Harbour and Canals. Sunset Cruises depart at 5pm in the summer, 4.30pm in spring and 4pm during winterHighlights Cruise effortlessly through the Mooloolaba Harbour, river & canals viewing our famous 'Fishing Fleet', Pilot Boats & Recreational Vessels. 3.00It was very confusing to find this cruise as there were multiple leaving and no clear signage; there is also a saltwater eco sailboat around the corner for example. I honestly hate fo say anything bad about this, and maybe it is because we live on a boat, but this was underwhelming. We were only on the water for just over an hour - the sun wasn’t even set and we were back at the dock. The drinks were light on the alcohol and the food was unimpressive. They sat us around a table with another couple and as we were 3, someone got stuck wedged in the corner. After we ate I just moved to the bow for fresh air and space. I so want to be able to recommend this to others, but this isn’t an amazing 4 or 5 star activity. 3 at best - and that is if I ignore the drinks and the food. So if you go, get wine or beer and don’t get other food. Get out on the bow and enjoy the view and the info from the captain.

5.00Our excellent experience started with Sherry - our family had a small drama with cancelled flights but Sherry was able to manage our booking. She was very friendly and efficient. The cruise itself was so relaxing, the seafood so fresh and the skipper knowledgeable and funny. The sunset across the water was divine! I definitely recommend this company for their too quality service.

5.00My friend and I had the best time! Wonderful staff who enhanced the experience as they were very friendly and entertaining. Enjoyed the commentary from the Captain. The price was affordable, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the sunset, but that just means we can return for another experience. Didn't feel overcrowded and enjoyed interacting with other passengers. We had a seafood platter and it was wonderful. Drink prices were also good. We even unexpectedly saw a dolpin - great experience. Thanks for a great trip!
