Do you want to go for a hike but don't know which trail to pick, and don't want to get lost in the forest? We make things easy for you by taking you to a beautiful trail that wouldn't be easy to find on your own, and we'll make sure you have a stress-free time, enjoying the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains.
We'll hike for 1.5-2 hours in the Rocky Mountains while the sun sets. We'll see pretty views, probably see some wildlife, take a few snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! In the winter months, we'll provide "Yak Traks" that you put on your shoes to improve the traction on ice and snow.
The hike will be easy to easy for people in good physical shape, but it can be very challenging for people who do not exercise regularly and are not used to altitude. The elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 8,000 ft. Min group size is 2 hikers.

The total duration of the tour includes 30 minutes of driving each way from the meeting spot to the hiking trail and back.
What To Expect
We will meet at the entrance of the Origin Hotel Red Rocks and carpool to a hiking trail 30 minutes away. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy a meal at their restaurant or go across the street to Launch espresso for delicious coffee drinks.
Dinosaur Ridge
Pass by an area called Dinosaur Ridge where dinosaur fossils have been found.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Matt as our guide! He picked us up at our hotel and communicated when he needed to be a little late due to traffic. The hike was great for us and not at all too strenuous. Got some beautiful photos to remember our trip.

4.00Adrienne was very knowledgeable about the area we hiked (Mt Falcon) as well the trees and flowers we saw. I would call this more of a moderate hike for visiting out-of-towners. Beautiful views. But guide provided TMI about personal life when giving her professional experience. And I was very concerned about the grinding brakes and dim headlights on the vehicle that supposedly shuttles larger groups 5-6 times per week up and down steep roads.

5.00What an amazing experience. Our tour guide was very thoughtful and did such an amazing job of pointing out some really cool features such as the juniper bushes, sage and other very cool plants. The scenery is stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening hike.

5.00Great hike just outside of Denver. Was as described. We meet at the hotel and got a ride with the hiking guide to the trail head. The trail was well maintained, and was slightly difficult no technically parts a just a few steep parts. Great views of Denver.

5.00Robin and her team were amazing! They were so accommodating to everything our group needed. We had a group of 6 - 55+ year olds mostly in shape for our age and the hike was perfect! We had amazing weather and it being at Sunset made it perfect!
