MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

4.00The Manta Ray experience is a must do in Hawaii. I saw folks doing this all over the island including some that just snorkeled out with flashlights. I like the structured, organized effort of this excursion. The platforms drew in the ray (we only saw one unfortunately) and it was easy to keep track of people in the dark waters.

5.00Seeing manta rays up close under the moonlight was absolutely unforgettable. The crew at Hang Loose was professional, fun, and clearly cared about safety and the wellbeing of the mantas. Captain Bryce and his team made sure everyone felt comfortable getting in and out of the water and gave a great briefing on what to expect. Once in the water, we watched several rays gliding and flipping gracefully beneath us—it’s mesmerizing to watch. If you plan to go, I’d highly recommend choosing an earlier tour — Hang Loose delivered an amazing evening. The manta rays truly are one of Hawaii’s must-see wonders, and the Hang Loose crew knows exactly how to make it special.
