Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!

MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)

Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder

Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We had an absolutely amazing time snorkeling with the manta rays! This is a MUST DO! The team at Hang Loose was fun, kind, and educational. Aiden, Caden, and Kai were an absolute delight!

Very pleasant experience. I felt very safe, they told us everything we needed to know. The mask and snorkel felt clean and worked perfectly. The manta rays were awesome to watch. We could go back in the boat whenever we wanted, there was a hot shower there, and the length was not too long and not too short :)

An amazing adventure and a once in a life time experience a must do. Aden was a great captain along with AJ and Simon. We can't wait to do this with the whole family.

An incredible experience, there’s nothing to compare it to. Do it!!!!This is very accessible, and staff are friendly. As we floated inches above the mantas, the staff was always close and reader to “uber” people back to the boat if needed. For me, this was a zero fear, 100% amazing experience.
