At The Salt Flow we teach you how to surf in a safe and fun environment.

We are professional coaches dedicated to surfing. With our training method we can guarantee that you will learn in a fast, fun and consistent way. Our Surf and SUP classes are known to be highly personalized and carried out under the best tidal conditions facilitating and accelerating student progress.

With the objective of sharing our experience as surfers and professional trainers, we brought together a solid teaching method and a greater location. For that reason, we founded Salt Flow.

Since then, we have enriched the lives of hundreds of people via Surf and a unique experience riding your own wave.

What To Expect

In first place we meet at the school location, 30 meters away from the the beach. We have a little chat first to get to know each other a bit and your experience (or lack of :) at surfing and board sports. The right surfboard and a suitable wetsuit is chosen for you, wich you can dress it outside or change inside the bathhouse. As we head to the beach, we have the opportunity to check the waves at both north and south side of Ofir and choose where are the best conditions for the participants. The lesson begins with a good warmup. Then we begin teaching the technique: paddling, catching waves, stand up, take off, safety measures, ocean conditions etc. The third part is practicing the theory on the waves: help, advices and feedback from the coaches plus lots of fun! The last is moment is about reviewing the lesson, relaxation and enjoyment: includes stretching, breathing and feedfoward. Fastest way to learn and improve at surfing

Best surf school! From the first contact to the lessons in the water, everything was super professional and at the same time very relaxed. The instructors explain very well, have immense patience and can adapt classes to different levels, which makes all the difference. The environment is really very good, it feels like there is a real passion for surfing and for teaching. I always felt safe in the water and super motivated to evolve. Salt flow is a spectacular surf school, with a team of experienced, professional, attentive and always full of good energy instructors! The classes are well structured, held in a fun environment and with appropriate accompaniment for each student. The material is in excellent condition, which contributes to a pleasant and fun experience.
