Our main goals are your safety and to provide you the knowledge that you need to surf. The surf lessons are focusing on your needs and surf level, always in small or private groups. We offer surf lessons for all levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced). Our instructors are passionate Costa Rican surfers and excited to share their experience with you in our beautiful country. We want you to enjoy the time with us and to get the knowledge of surfing you need for being able to practice on your own.

- Introduction about the National Park - Basic introduction of surfing and safety instructions - Instructions for Paddle technique, Pop-up technique, Turn technique (depending on your experience) on land before practicing in the Water - Snacks, water and natural drinks included

5.00Our surf trip with Uvita Surf Camp was next level! 🏄♂️ Super easy booking – Gabriel, our instructor with 20 years of experience, even volunteered to pick us up! Total legend. 🏄♀️ Three private lessons as a couple – Before every session, we set clear goals, which made a huge difference in how fast we improved. 🏄♂️ Top-tier coaching – Gabriel was always checking in, making sure we felt confident and safe in the ocean. 🏄♀️ Fast progress – In just three days, we went from total beginners to catching waves like pros (almost 😆). 🏄♂️ Two coaches, not one! – Gabriel’s mindful, warm, and super professional assistant (with five years of experience and fluent Spanish) helped us the whole way. 🏄♀️ More personal attention – Most surf schools have one coach for 3-4+ students, but here, we got all the focus, which helped us learn way faster. 🌊 Beyond the waves – Gabriel even invited us for lunch, showing us a bit of local culture. Such a cool touch! 🚨 Don’t go for a “McDonald’s” surf school just to save a few bucks! Other places won’t give you this level of personal attention, pro coaching, and real progress. 👉 If you want an 11/10 surf experience, Uvita Surf Camp is the place to go! 🌞🏄♂️🌊 PURE VIDA 🤙

5.00We have been back to Uvita and due to the past experience we decided again to book surf lesson with Osa Secret Tours. Gabriel is an amazing instructor, who analyzed how we surf and what we can do to improve. Very valuable surf lessons where we learned a lot! Thank you again for this awesome experience in this beautiful paradise! I can recommend everybody to book surf lessons as they are private and not with big groups

5.00The surf lessons with Gabriel were just great. With his tips and motivating manner, we were soon able to stand (shortly) on the board and enjoy the "perfect wave". It was incredible fun! This experience should definitely not be missed! We are already looking forward to the next tour with Gabriel, which takes us to the falls! TOP!

5.00We did surf lessons, waterfalls, excursions, pick you up by car, they will pick you up at the airport. Gabriel is the best. I have been to Costa Rica three times and always with him. More than recommended

5.00We spent 2 wonderful days with Gabriel. One for a surf course and the other for a whalewatching tour. Gabriel is absolutely trustworthy, reliable, punctual and was always concerned with our safety and well-being. He's totally nice, funny and sweet. We had a lot of fun surfing and thanks to his help the opportunity to see whales. Booked a private tour for it with him. It was incredibly great. Fully recommended.
