It’s a boring trip to start with for anyone who have seen Switzerland even a bit. We started at 715, first pickup and returned after nearly 13hrs. Of which we get 1.5hrs in st moritz, a 30 mins stop for breakfast and 15mins twice as break. All st moritz has is luxury shops, unless you go lake side to see: the breakfast stop wasn’t great, didn’t have black tea, coach was old with uncomfortable seats and no usb point for charging, as well no WiFi. This is Zani vIago, the outsourced tour operator. We took a trip to como a day before thru get your guide and it was Zani via gig, and it was great compared to this trip. Unless you have seen Switzerland, I suggest choose another trip to see another place whilst in Milan, may be cinque terse or portofino. We didn’t enjoy the trip. Train journey, sit in right side to see some snow capped peaks, else it just okish view of mountain (may be exciting for someone who hasn’t been to Switzerland).

Wonderful experience with picturesque views. The time spent in St Moritz was worth it. We had a good guide who shared lots of useful information. I would consider the time of year for this experience again as I think it would be even more stunning in winter with snow.

This tour guide was hard to understand due to his way of facing away from the group. When we arrived in St. Moritz he took of walking and left behind a group of elderly people. He never took into account the needs of the costumers.
