5.00Our tour of Sydney with Scott from Your Sydney Guide was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we met him, it felt less like a formal tour and more like spending the day with a knowledgeable friend who genuinely loves his city. Scott’s passion for Sydney and his deep understanding of its history brought every stop to life. He didn’t just show us the sights — he gave us context, stories, and insights that helped us truly appreciate Australia’s past and how Sydney became what it is today. The historical areas were fascinating and thoughtfully chosen. What made the experience extra special was how completely he tailored the day to what we wanted to do. It was personal, relaxed, and perfectly paced. And lunch at the Sydney Fish Market was a huge highlight — such a fun, authentic, and delicious experience that we never would have navigated so well on our own! If you want a customized, engaging, and memorable way to see Sydney, we cannot recommend Your Sydney Guide highly enough. Scott is outstanding.

5.00Charlie picked us up at cruise port. Helped us check in and drop luggage at hotels. At the end of the day we were extremely grateful that we had checked in. And then we were off for an amazing day. He found the sweet spot for our diverse fitness levels. Showed us beautiful places in Royal National park, coastal walk and a great city tour. Perfect way to start our holiday in Sydney. Thanks for being flexible

5.00We had Charlie for our driver/tour guide. At first, we had a little of a miscommunication. We went through immigration/customs really quick since we only had a 12 hour layover and didn’t have any of our large baggage that was checked in at Singapore to all the way to LAX. So, we actually came out of there before Charlie arrived. The morning started cold but otherwise nice and sunny. We were first taken to Mrs Macquarie's Chair, where we were able to take great pictures of the Sydney Harbour and Charlie took our family photos for us. During the time we were driving from location to location Charlie shared with us about the location, about the history of the areas we were visiting. Our next main stop was Ku-Ring-Gai National Park, where we were able to see the fjords Charlie told us about some of the natural history about the geology of the area. We were able to see some wildlife, mostly birds. After the national park, we were dropped off at Manley and we caught the ferry to the Sydney Opera House, where we got a closer look at the opera house. When we were ready, we called Charlie and he picked us up. For the rest of the time, he drove us to different areas of Sydney and told us about some of the famous buildings and neighborhood. We could have been dropped off and explored more on foot but by this time it started to rain a bit and due to the cold weather we decided to skip that part. Even though it took a bit of a time before we found Charlie, afterwards he took us around for at least six hours, so we didn’t lose any of our paid time and he dropped off us off at the airport with plenty of time to relax at the airport before we boarded our LAX bound flight.
More than a tour it was a moving experience for an Australian .

5.00Wow . This was a tour that left us breathless . As an Australian I thought I knew this city but I can truly say that before this tour with Scott I had not seen many of the spots he took us to. Scott explained the history of this amazing city and its surrounds along with many other points of interest as to the spots we were taken to . What makes a great tour guide is passion , knowledge , inspiration and preparation and the ability to read his clients as to when times to be accompanied and left to our own devices .,Scott listened to our requirements and ticked every box and some special surprises were thrown in . Thanks Scott for the great pie shop , you were right that pie was the best . Whether it be a great famous pie or a top restaurant suggestion to the hidden spots with great views Scott had it all . Your personal touch made us miss you and your great city which you know so well . Thanks very much to the team at Your Sydney Guide and thanks Scott .

Scott was considerate, respectful, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. What really stood out was how open he was to suggestions—he tailored the tour to fit our interests and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. 5.00Hayes was an amazing tour guide! He knew all the best spots for photos while also giving us all the information about the different sites around Brisbane. He was also very attentive to my 90yr old grandmother and helping us with her walker. Would highly recommend Hayes and this tour!
