It was a fantastic way to experience Sydney in only a few hours. We managed to see all the major sights, including the beautiful Bondi Beach. The pace was perfect—not too much walking—which was ideal since we had young children with us. A nice Sightseeing trip route, like darling harbour, Bondi Beach, Sydney Opera house. The Fishchips of Surfish tasted good. But this isn't a open top bus.

Operator customer service is unreachable and fails to reschedule when website shows full availabilty for another day

This operator is mismanaged and there is no one to pick up calls for customer service. When someone at operator picked up by call, the person said he is driving and not see schedule, kept on saying with an assumption that they are fully booked due to new year holidays without looking at the schedule. In text response also quoted 24 hrs notice to reschedule which is not true as there is a 24 hrs notice to fully cancel and full refund. We did not seek cancellation and seeked rescheduling on another lean day. I did check Viator website and emailed snapshots of full availability of all travelers for the rescheduled date. The operator fails to understand that we are giving business on another lean day for them which should be appreciated rather than denying reschudling. We could have understood othewise if they were fully booked and that is not the case. Proof of snapshots taken at 9 02 am on Jan 01, 2026 for requested reschedule date of Jan 2, 2026 at either 10 am or 2 pm tours with availability for all 9 travellers attached. The operator falsely stated in his response that the operator is fully booked. I could book them and show up at his door to prove my point that his business is lean.
