Everything went smoothly. Perfect evening for cruise of the Sydney harbor. Staff were efficient. Drinks ordered by using QR code. Dinner was delicious-smoked salmon, baked chicken and fresh vegetables, lemon tart or chocolate cake for dessert. Sat by the window so lots of nice pictures taken. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Service was fantastic, the food was tasty and there was plenty, recommend adding beef. Great views. Infants 0-3 don’t get food.

We had a lovely time on the Captain Cook Sydney Harbour dinner cruise with our family. The views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge at night were absolutely stunning, and the cruise itself was smooth and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable for both adults and kids. The food overall was good, though the main course could have been a bit better compared to the rest of the experience. One small suggestion for families would be a simple welcome drink for kids that’s non-fizzy and not iced, which would have made them feel even more included. Overall, the ambience, scenery, and quality time spent together made it a memorable evening, and we’re glad we did it.

As a table of two women, we were rather ignored with plates not being cleared, etc. in a timely manner while tables with larger groups were catered to. Also, there should only be one pick up and drop off spot. We had a long stop at Darling Harbor.

Overall it was very good. The meal was surprisingly good. However, it was advertised as a 2 hour cruise and we were back at the dock in 90 minutes.

This was such a disappointing experience. The main course was disgusting. Cold roast pumpkin with cold carrots and cold chicken! The “roast turkey” and “glazed ham” were from plastic rolls of processed flavoured luncheon. Could even still see the plastic imprint on the side of the roll!! Also, how many people can you pack onboard??

We loved this harbor cruise. We found the boarding site easily. We were escorted to our guaranteed window table. The boat was three stories and the dining area was enclosed. Although winds were gusty the ride was smooth. We were served crepes and then a three course meal which was delicious. It was very easy to find a cab when our cruise came to an end. We highly recommend this tour.

The sights while on the cruise are lovely which would have been the case on any other cruise. I only wish customer service was better Two of the cocktails I asked for from their very limited cocktail menu were out, the one that I was able to get was awful with little to no alcohol. The bottom level had a bar that was serving the cocktails I’d have liked to have Rather than tell me that it was over, if they cared about customer service, they could have made it available from this lower level The dinner service seemed very mechanical

The boat was very nice. Service and food was ok, not great. I felt deceived by the description of the trip as we never saw the sunset on the boat. We were back to shore before sunset. We cruised the harbor, which was very nice but then had to make a stop in Barangaroo to let people off and on the boat. This took up about 30 min of the cruise.
