Paul, our guide, made the history come to life through the stories of the people who arrived in the early days. His passion & pride also shines through about the area and his family history. The tour was well paced and really brought things together. He was also very willing to answer questions and delve deeper into the areas we were interested in. As an added bonus he had fantastic recommendations for food and drink in the area.

Our lovely tour guide Paul, took us through the winding back streets of The Rocks, with fascinating tales of old about the buildings and their occupants. Spectacularly good value for money and an experience we will treasure. Would highly recommend to family, friends and complete strangers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with John. He was so invested in not only local history, but Australia as a whole. The stories were told in a jovial and informative manner. This tour is a must for those visiting the area, I don't know why we hadn't done this before now!

Paul was very informative and his delivery was not boring. I learned a lot and i look forward to a more informed walk around Sydney! Great job, Paul. Oh yeah,we were almost late but they called us as we approached their shop. I failed to get the nice lady’s name who called us. Thanks to her,she accommodated us and turned us over to Paul personally.

This tour gave us wonderful insights into the history of Australia and Sydney in particular. Our guide Georges was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and articulate. He packed a wealth of information into our hour and a half tour, and the time flew by. This tour is a great foundation for understanding Australia, and I recommend this for the start of one’s trip.
