My wife and I booked the tour and advised that she was a wheelchair user. The response was quick and positive, saying that a slightly modified route would be used. There were several people on the tour and we wondered how they would react. Happily the modified route merely meant that on a few occasions we took a ramp or a lift while the others climbed steps. It was very well thought out and everyone was happy, not missing out on anything. It was done at a leisurely pace with many interesting stories of the Rock’s history and the people involved. There were some photos and pictures of old landscapes. It was thoroughly enjoyable and enabled us to pick a route for our own wander afterwards. I would recommend thoroughly.

My wife and I booked the tour and advised that she would be in a wheelchair. The response was quick and positive, that we could do a slightly modified route. There were several other people on the tour and we wondered how it would work. It was excellent. On a few occasions we had a mini detour to a lift while the others climbed some steps. They were not held up and we could manage the walk well. The tour itself was very informative and very helpful in our finding our way about the Rocks following the tour. It was at a leisurely pace enabling photos, with many worth taking. Overall, an excellent tour.

I love a walking tour as they usually delve that bit deeper into a place and people but today’s tour didn’t do that unfortunately. We didn’t actually learn anything that wasn’t written on the boards in place throughout the Rocks area so that was a little disappointing. The guide made a point that of saying that they would welcome all questions but then when a gent did ask a few, it seemed that they were discounted than encouraged. A few people also left a bit early. Could have just been an off day as the reviews are predominantly great which is why I chose to do it in the first place!

Anne did a great job explaining the history of the Rocks. Very informative tour. Glad we did tour as we would not have known the history without doing prior research.
