You have to set your time slot in the app provided at the entrance, so get earlier there and ve very patient once you inside the tower.

Easy booking of ticket through Viator, not limited to a specific time slot like you are if you book direct. We walked straight in anyway as it wasn’t busy at all (Saturday morning at 10.45am. I do think it’s expensive for what you get which is basically a lift ride and a walk around a viewing platform. It could be improved by marking key locations on the glass or at least pointing them out on a sign. There were QR codes around but it wasn’t clear what these were for. They like to get you to buy photos of your experience. It’s not really worth it, you can get prints and all the digital photos if you buy a bundle. It doesn’t take long to do. Gives a different perspective of the city and can be fun to try and locate the places you’ve been within the city.

If you have limited ability to walk around the city, this is for you. Felt it was overpriced. Up with pictures probably took 15-20 minutes.
