1.00The boat never came. We arrived 10 mins early. No one around. Boat came with passengers but didn't recognise our tickets. No boat came at 9pm. There was another party of people with the same tickets. At 9.20pm I rang the phone number. Of course they didn't answer but I left a voice message. I was totally disappointed and so angry. I wasted my time ans so much money and didn't get to enjoy an experience i was so looking forward to. I want a refund!

2.00Was instructed to arrive 15 mins befoee. Booked for 6.15 didnt leave until after 6.30. Not very many places to view wouldn't recommend.
