Welcome to Szczecin, an architectural city of Poland. It is not only a city of water and greenery but also of incredible and intriguing architecture, a often world-class mix inherited from wildly different ages. The city had a long and dramatic history which can be seen while wandering around the streets. Admire the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic, an architectural icon in Szczecin. Let's travel through time to cross the busy streets and pop up in an ancient era. Explore the medieval town and know about the interesting history of Duchy Pomerania and admire the spectacular views from Wały Chrobrego Promenade.

Our tour guide Daria provided a wonderful 2 hour walking tour of downtown Szczecin architectural highlights, providing thought-provoking historical insights along the way. She kindly made suggestions for where to have authentic pierogies for lunch at the end of our tour. The only way to see Szczecin with a limited visit.
