Pagsanjan Falls
Pagsanjan Falls, also known as Cavinti Falls (local name: Magdapio Falls) is one of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines. Located in the province of Laguna, the falls is one of the major tourist attractions of the region. The description here on viator is not very good for this tour. It is however a great day tour. We start out early, around 6am getting picked up by driver Jay and tour guide Criz. We head out to pasanjan for the river trip up to see the water falls. This is a wild ride in a small canoe going up river through 14 sets of rapids. These boat operators put out 100% physical ability to get you up river, definitely tip them fairly. It's a crazy ride through a beautiful gorge to see the waterfalls. We got there early and we're the second people on the river, first to make it to the falls. That made the trip go faster. Bring extra clothes because you get very wet. Bring extra cash for drinks along the way. Next we drove to have lunch on the shores of lake taal with a nice volcano view. We then drove to the top for the sky view. After that we went to tagaytay where you can shop if you want. We booked the group tour but it ended up just being my wife and I.

Tour Guide: Eddy Driver: Rency Great communication night before. Picked up on time and was a great tour with a very knowledgeable and attentive Guide and driver. We possibly stopped for lunch longer than I would have liked but that was just personal preference. I would use this team again.

The all in tour to Greece this past fall was nothing short of remarkable. Approach tours has a knack for putting the right details together for a memorable trip for anyone that does not want to worry about the coordination and details. The choice of tours, the meals, tour guides and hotels, all exceeded our expectations. There is the uncontrollable aspect of the other personalities on the tour, but we lucked out and had a great, fun loving group. Thanks to our trip Guru, Caroline, this stand out to be one of our best tours anywhere.

Had a wonderful time on this tour. The visit to Pagsanjan Falls was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The boatmen were amazing. Our guides Eddy and Nona were a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. They made the trip worthwhile for sure. Our driver Pedro was also very entertaining and great at handling the traffic. I highly recommend.

Absolutely PERFECT escape from the hustle and bustle of Manila! It's hard to believe such stunning natural beauty is only an hour and a half's drive away. My highlight was getting in that cool, fresh water at Pagsanjan, but before that, being in total AWE of the boatmen who got us there. They are not huge men but they are just so STRONG! And at many points, they have to leap out of the boat to skip and dance lightly across rocks that you and I would DEFINITELY slip over on, just to manoeuvre it upstream through the many rapid white water parts of the river. The look out points from Tagaytay are breath-taking too, and then there's the incredibly huge and scenic lake to chill out or take a boat ride at, along the way. Joannah was our charming and funny guide, Malon our safe and trusty driver. Huge thanks to everyone at YOLO Travel for managing such a fab tour!

Excellent tour, so great having such a friendly and informative tour guide. Joannah and the team took us on an amazing tour of Tagaytay and its local delicacies, including buco pie, coconut drink, balut and tropical fruits. The team was super helpful in taking photos, having umbrellas at the ready, and the trip was all inclusive of a hotel pick up and drop off and the food that was eaten. Thanks for taking us on the trip!

I was in the Philippines for work and had one free day in Manila before my flight home, I decided I wanted to get out of the city and I'm so glad I did this tour. My parents live in Cebu and have traveled a lot in this area, they recommended that I pick a tour that included going to Tagaytay as well as Pagsanjan Falls. I am glad I did because I really enjoyed the views of Taal. This tour was a great way to end my time in the Philippines. I booked it the day before with no problem. It was great not having to worry about anything, they picked me up from my hotel in the morning and I spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Joevel was my guide, he was wonderful! I was solo and I really had a fun day with him. He is really easy to get along with and we were chatting like friends the whole time. Joevel knew a lot about the places we went, but he didn't feel like a typical tour guide just listing facts. He also took a lot of great photos of me without me ever having to ask, which is nice when you're traveling solo. Pedro the driver did a great job, the roads in the Philippines can be a bit stressful but I felt very safe with him. I even fell asleep on the drive to the falls. I really enjoyed every activity we did. They started the morning by stopping to get fresh buko pie, it was so good I almost ate the entire pie myself. I did the extra boat ride on Taal lake, it is a little pricey for one person but worth it to get a closer look at the island. The boat ride to the falls was beautiful, it's so green and felt very peaceful to me. Everything about the tour was great. I do recommend bringing a travel pillow if you have one so you can nap in the car 😴
