Tailfins TIKI BOATS to Crab Island!! Take a captained Tiki boat to Crab Island where you can get off the boat, float, chill and enjoy your favorite beverages! Plus, an onboard bathroom! Bring your drinks and we will show you fun! Our boats come with a captain, music, and water fun! This is a super fun boat excursion. We host so many bachelorette and Bachelor parties, birthday parties, family reunions and more! + Perfect for friends, couples, and families! *** ALL passengers require a ticket including toddlers, infants and children! PLEASE NOTE: In-season day tours are 3 hours. OFF Season tours 1.5 hours beginning November 1st thru December 31st.

1.00HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not nearly as good as the rest! 20 people squeezed in a tiki that normally holds 6, has floats, games and music you can hear! This company had NOTHING!

5.00This was a first time experience. It was amazing. The customer service was excellent. They answered all questions with grace and understanding. Our captain, Mike was awesome. The drive over to Crab Island was smooth and amazing. He made sure we got the full Crab Island experience. Definitely will be coming back.

4.00The captain was friendly and ensure we all knew the rules. Did not have enough floats for all. Only 2 available. I also did not appreciate being charged a fee for a tip prior to boarding. Plus there was tax on the tip. I thought the purpose of a tip is based on what you can afford and service

1.00I booked a tiki boat excursion through Viator with Tailfins Destin, and if I could give negative stars, I would. There is a strict “no refund within 24 hours” policy unless they cancel—but what’s concerning is they clearly do not prioritize customer safety. I called the location three times the morning of (4/6/2026) due to poor weather conditions that did not match the advertised sandbar/swimming experience. Each time, I was told they were going out regardless and if we didn’t show, we’d lose our money. We drove over an hour (which I had explained when calling), only to arrive and be told plans were changing. Initially, we were assigned one boat, then suddenly redirected to another because “others were canceled”.. yet no refund option was offered. We even had different colored wristbands showing separate bookings. Once on the water, conditions were rough and clearly not suitable for the type of excursion advertised. They had room within capacity limits, but safety was clearly not the priority.. they had a third family transfer from one tiki boat to ours mid-outing and then immediately sent the other boat back to base. At that point, it was obvious the goal was to consolidate groups rather than ensure a safe or enjoyable experience for passengers or the captain. One family asked to return early after about an hour, and we ended up going back before the excursion was even over. No apologies. No accountability. No refund. No attempt to make it right. And to top it all off, after everything, we were stuck in traffic for a two-hour drive back home, making an already frustrating experience even worse. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had, completely unprofessional and concerning from a safety standpoint. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this excursion.
