I booked online including exact time before coming here. It helps the process. Once you're there, you'll exchange it with real ticket and you'll follow the route. Staff are friendly and fast

The trip up to the observation deck in one of the fastest lifts in the world was great. The observation deck on the 89th floor had some lovely views but some were obscured by brightly lit displays, which made the viewing experience worse as the sky darkened. The open air platform was better for photos but most of the deck was cordoned off near sunset so the views were limited and it was very busy. The views themselves were lovely, though with the cloudy weather, the views on the upper deck were a lot less interesting than those on the lower level.

Online is much better, there is a long que so get the ticket online. Going up is okay but going down is another line again. There is much to do up there. Nice view if not cloudy day like today. There are so many shops and food-stall to eat. It was clean and orderly. Good place to visit

What a brilliant visit. The 101 Tower is well worth seeing, especially the giant counterweight ball that is a part of the earthquake proofing of this building.

Incredible view of the city nightscape. The visit to the 101 floor was not as good at night. If you’re going to do it definitely a daytime experience. The ride up on the elevator to the 89th floor was quite the experience.

The air quality smell weird when I got off elevator. Not sure if the air filter needs replacement. The customer service needs to realize that not all asian looking guest speaks Mandarin.

We were unable to use our tickets at the counter due to the missing QR code. After the counter staff tried to retrieve the QR code several times we have to purchase new tickets at the counter. I sent a mail to the company that issued them, but never got a reply. Also, the fee that Viator charges for this is more than the price as the counter.
