We enjoyed the tour very much as we got to see natural wonders of Taiwan. We had a 13 year old in our group and he also appreciated the tour. Kidd was our driver and he was very helpful and happy to tell us about the sites, even if at times we had to use a translator app due to his limited English. Just the same, we truly enjoyed our day tour with him!

Overall it was an amazing tour! The beauty of Taiwan’s countryside was just breathtaking. Kidd was our guide. He was very friendly and helpful to us, though for long conversations, we had to use (Google?) translator. But nevertheless, we really had one great day enjoyinh Taiwan’s nature places.

My elderly mother came to Taiwan after 10 years of absence. It was amazing to see so many amazing things happening.

Taiwan TST is very professional and thourough in planning our trip. Maggio Chen contacted me way in advance of the trip to plan the itinerary according to our preference. Maggio was very knowledgeable and made many useful suggestions. Our driver James was also very good. We were very happy with our trip.

Our private driver Charlie was very flexible and polite. He spoke limited English and all communication was via translation apps (so not very much explanation of the locations or history, and more like hiring a private driver). He was punctual, very polite and accommodating and an extremely safe driver. Overall a good experience.

This was a wonderful tour and a great way to see Shifen and Juifen. Alex was a delightful tour guide and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He provided helpful hints and different places to check out in Taipei . The tour itself was stunning and we especially loved the lantern experience. Thank you Alex and TST Tour Taiwan for a wonderful time in your lovely country.

Review We had requested for an English speaking tour guide but the one who came spoke very little English and had to use a google translate on his phone most of the time. He did put a lot of effort to show us around and we did appreciate that but it was frustrating for us that we couldn’t communicate easily with him. He also got confused about the pick up point so we had to contact him and remind him of where he was supposed to pick us up. He also asked for payment at the end of the tour and then realized that I had already paid in advance. We did enjoy the view of the various parks we visited and our tour guide did show us around to maximize our experience. It was so good that we feel we would visit Taiwan again in the future.

We visited many places and were assisted very nicely by Charlie, our driver and guide. He was there to help when we were missing things like towel and water, gave impotant tips while visiting attractions and also took beautiful pictures of us. He even treated us to a mango dessert at the end!! Overall a very fulfilling trip.
