Getting a personal driver at port is the way to see more on your cruise. Perhaps similar cost but we doubled what we could see on the cruise excursion. Our driver “Johnson” was knowledgeable and eager to please. He did a great job in adding colorful extras to our visits. He was also great at taking pictures. Thanks for the great tour!

We travelled in a private car with Tony. We had a really great time: a few smaller places was included and when we did not want to visit the Shifen Waterfalls due to crowds, Tony was very accomodating and took us to light lanterns instead. Everything was organised efficiently, pre tour communication was excellent.

Booked a tour for almost $200 and the tour company never contacted us, responded, nor picked us up. If I am not provided a service then what am I paying for? No news about a refund. Viator says it is “investigating”. Fake company! Viator needs to do better.
