The class was so well done, the instructor was patient and gave clear instructions. Our final scallion crackers and pineapple cakes were beautifully packaged for us to take home along with our lovely recipes. One of the best “treat yoself” experiences I have had!

I took the baking class and it was really fun! We baked the pineapple cake and mungbean cake from scratch. Their explanation is really easy to understand. They also showed us how to prepare Taiwanese tea ceremony, and then we enjoyed the freshly baked desserts together with the tea. Besides, the place is really spacious and clean! Lastly, they even gave you the recipe book as a souvenir and helped you capture the moment while you're cooking. Thanks Chelsea, Vivian and the other lady (I forgot to ask her name) for the class! I wish I could join the other classes too next time :D
