Very nice tour and great guide. It was nice to see three different villages, instead of just the Shirakawa-go!

Harry was a fantastic guide. This day was absolutely amazing beautiful heritage towns and our guide Harry was so knowledgeable and friendly. His historical knowledge and information of the area was great. Everything was excellent and even though it was a full day and rainy we enjoyed every minute. Our driver Umematsu-San was great. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a really lovely day exploring three historical towns in Japan with Harry as our guide. He shared loads of interesting historical facts and stories along the way, which made everything feel much more alive and meaningful. What we really appreciated was how he kept things informative but still to the point—never overwhelming, just the right balance. Since he’s a native UK English speaker, communication was super easy, and that made the whole experience even more relaxed. You can also tell he genuinely loves Japan, which comes through in the way he talks about everything. Would definitely recommend booking a tour with Harry!

My girlfriend and I booked the day trip to these three UNESCO villages. What an experience! Our guide Harry knew how to answer every question, is super friendly,... The beautiful weather and the beautiful blossoms obviously helped too. We wouldn't have imagined our day better.

Wonderful tour with Harry, who we strongly recommend. He's very professional, friendly and patient, with a deep knowledge of cultural and historical meanings of the places we visited. We also really liked the fact that we visited 2 smaller villages, which were as nice as Shirakawago but with almost no tourists. Highly recommended tour, with our special warm thanks to Harry.

We had an excellent day exploring three towns in the Shirakawa area. Our guide, Harry, was extremely knowledgeable and shared interesting insights about each place we visited. He tailored the information perfectly to match the interests of our group, which made the experience even more engaging. It was also a highlight to spend time in the smaller, less crowded towns of Gokayama and Suganuma, which offered a more authentic and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic tour that I would highly recommend.

Harry was a great guide- very knowledgeable and a great communicator but with a personal touch and was great at including everyone as we had a full tour of 12 people. Amazing to see all 3 villages- loved making paper and hearing about gun powder. Full day 9-5
