  We had an excellent experience with Said Tours in Tangier and cannot recommend them highly enough! Our tour guide, Muhammad, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire tour, sharing insights at every stop. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully he managed the pace — we never felt rushed, and he always took a moment to ask if we wanted to stay longer or had any questions. It was a small gesture that made a big difference. We also felt completely safe the entire time. In such a busy city like Tangier, everywhere we went, everyone greeted Muhammad by name with a smile and handshake. It felt like we were touring with a celebrity! Lunch at the restaurant was refreshing. The food was excellent, the view of the water from the terrace was perfect, and a nice breeze passsing through made for relaxing break in the middle of the day. It also took the stress away of having to find a place to eat. Personal highlights were the Hercules Cave which made for some funny memorable photos, touring the Medina with a local, and lunch. Both Said and Muhammad were warm, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. If you’re visiting Tangier, do yourself a favor and book with Said Tours — you will not regret it. Highly recommended!

  Mohamed was an excellent guide! He showed us all around Tangier and told us much about the history and people of Tangier. I would highly him. Tangier is a crowded city that is hard to navigate on your own

  Our guide Mosem and driver Mohammed were outstanding! Very informative and kept a great pace. We learned so much! Our private tour was the way to go. We were always ahead of the big buses and never had to wait at any of the stops. We can’t say enough about how amazing this tour was. It was a highlight of our entire trip. Loved seeing the Casbah!

  The tour with Said-VIP-Tours was perfectly organized, and we felt very well taken care of from start to finish! We particularly enjoyed the many background information and the insider knowledge of the guide. Also, the typical delicious food was perfect - thank you! Just as a tip, since entering does take some time, I would recommend taking the ferry from Tarifa at 9 AM, so you have more of the day!

  Said took care of everything from the moment we got off the Ferry to the time he took us back to Ferry. We were able to see, experience, and learn as much as possible in Tangier without feeling overwhelmed or rushed thanks to his private escorting service and itinerary (that he will customize if desired). Also, he made us feel 100% safe as it seemed almost everyone in Tangier knew him, haha. Thank you again Said!

  We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Our guide Mohammed was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of us at every stop along the way. Plenty of time given for pictures and enjoying the scenery. The food at the restaurant was excellent with a billion dollar view! Highly recommend.

  If you are considering a day trip to Tangier, Morocco this is the way to do it! Said and Muhammad set everything up for you (the ferry, the tours, camel rides, etc). You literally just need to follow the simple instructions of where and when to show up. Muhammad took great care of us and accommodated all of our requests. It was fun seeing the sites and exploring Moroccan culture. Everything is set and paid for in your fee. The only thing you pay for is souvenirs in the shop they take you to. The only thing I would say is the shop carries real Moroccan products (rugs, knives, tanjiins, etc). They are NOT cheap. The salesman will try to sell you a lot but nothing is hostile. Muhammad knows everyone and even drops you right back off at the ferry when the day is done and explains the immigration process. I highly recommend this company.

  As other recent reviewers have mentioned, this tour was exactly as advertised and it was fantastic. From Paco meeting us at the Tarifa ferry terminal, to Mohammed and our driver meeting us at the Tangier ferry terminal, through the driving and walking tours, lunch, camel rides, cave and viewpoint visits, snake charmers, shopping...everything was professionally done and exceptional! Cannot say enough good things about Mohammed and Said, who joined us for lunch. Highly recommend this tour - it's worth every penny!

  Mohammed did a great job showing us around Tangiers when we only had one day to spend. There was a mix up about the timing but I think that was because my travel agent did not give them a phone number to contact me. Mohammed and his driver got us safely around the city. Mohammed seems to know everyone and knows how to grease some palms to get you in quickly to the tourist attractions. Lunch was pleasant and I enjoyed trying new things. Besides the camel ride my favorite part was walking through the kasbah, Medina and souk. The only thing I didn't like was at the end you are taken to a couple of shops. I felt awkward because I spend what money I have on travel experiences, not things.

  Said communicated with me very well initially and outlined the specifics of the tour, costs and timing. We found the price very reasonable for the services offered. We were able to meet Said's agent in Tarifa and he made boarding the ferry quite easy. In tangier Mohammad, Said's agent and tour guide, met us. The entire day was remarkable. Mohammad was very knowledgable, friendly and made the tour an exceptional experience. We were able to see all the sites we wanted to see. Mohammad seems to know everyone in Tangier and everywhere we went we were treated as VIPs. Lunch with Said in the upper floor of a quaint restaurant was superb. He wanted to make sure that all of our expectations were met -- and they were! Mohammed walked us through the marketplace, back to the ferry and made sure our return was seamless. We give Said, Mohammed and Said Private Day Tours 5 Stars -- highest recommendation. If you are going to Tangier you must engage with Said and Mohammad!
