Re: Full Day Tour to Chaco Canyon from Albuquerque. If you are thinking about signing up for this tour, do it! Chaco Canyon is a long way from Albuquerque and it was a pleasure to be driven there and back. Tam - the guide and driver - is very knowledgeable about Chaco Canyon and all things related. A truly enjoyable and educational day!

Katrina was an amazing tour guide. We enjoyed every stop on this afternoon tour. Her love for this area and her knowledge of the artists made it an unforgettable experience. Do not miss this treat!!!!! What a town steeped in art history.

Our guide Katrina was excellent and knowledgeable. The content of the tour itself was very disappointing and definitely not worth $125 per person. We felt like some of the galleries we visited were just in the to try to sell us stuff.

Katrina was an excellent tour guide! We toured a number of galleries. Our favorite was Untitled Fine Art gallery, where one of the featured artists, KC Tebbut, enthralled us with an in-depth description of the nuances and techniques of the several artists on display, including his own. Katrina shared her knowledge and personal perspectives on the historical and contemporary artists of Taos. And we ended with a stop at Chokola for some delicious sipping chocolate. A wonderful way to start our stay in Taos!

I am a first-time visitor to the Taos area so this tour was really a nice way to see some great art & artisans. I have always loved art & have dabbled with drawing and painting, but I also love seeing & learning about the creative process & different artists. Our guide, Tyler, was knowledgeable & very personable. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone coming to Taos.

I really enjoyed the Taos Artisan Walking Tour! Our guide, Tyler, did a great job sharing interesting information and anecdotes about the history of the artist community in Taos. Our group had unique experiences at each stop on the tour to connect with local artisans from those that specialize in painting to weaving and more!

I’ve booked a lot of tours and this is the only one I would say was very disappointing. Just walked us in and out of galleries for the most part. One gallery was skipped because the owner was not available so it was closed. The tour guide or the employees at the galleries didn’t add much content to the gallery tour. In the end it was just a waste of time and money.

This tour made us fall in love with Taos! We did the artisan walking tour. Our tour guide, Leslie, had lived in Taos for 25 years and had a wealth of art knowledge. She knew the artists in town and was able to introduce us to a lot of great people and places. Our favorite part of the tour was visiting one of the artists in his studio and hearing his passion for art and Taos. We learned so much about art, history, and the city from her. She also gave us great food/drink/shopping recommendations for the rest of our visit. Leslie made our visit to Taos so special and walking around the city with her was like learning from a fun friend! We can’t wait to do it again!
