What To Expect
After meeting your guide in central Barcelona, near Palau de la Musica, take a leisurely stroll to Eixample to discover a tapas gem, one of Barcelona’s Modernist-style bars. The bar serves up delicious small plates of Catalan favorites such as pa amb tomàquet (bread with olive oil and tomatoes) and patates braves (potatoes with oil, red pepper and chili, served with aioli). Watch the chef prepare the food, and then sit down to savor a plate and a drink while hearing tales about Catalan cuisine. Walk off your snack with a stroll to Born, listening to your guide talking about Barcelona’s history, food and culture as you go. Your destination is the neighborhood's locally loved ham shop, where huge legs of serrano ham hang in the windows. Head inside and sample some of the best meats, made from acorn-fed pigs, and sample popular cheeses such as Manchego. Continuing your stroll through Born, pass Barcelona Cathedral (Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia) and the old Roman city walls, and then wind your way to the heart of the Gothic Quarter to Plaça Reial, a bustling nighttime square near La Rambla, where the highlight of your evening awaits -- a flamenco performance inside one of the oldest flamenco bars in Barcelona! Sip a welcome glass of cava while soaking up the authentic atmosphere. Then, grab your seat and enjoy the show, which includes all the traditional elements of a flamenco performance, including dancing, singing and Spanish guitar songs. Sip on sangria and dine on plates of gourmet tapas as dancers perform their fiery Spanish flamenco moves right in front of you. Your evening experience finishes after the show, but you're welcome to head to the roof terrace or visit the stylish bar for drinks at your own expense, if you wish.

5.00Pablo — or as we affectionately called him, “Spanish Jack Black” — was absolutely amazing! He brought such a unique perspective to Spanish culture and the history of Spain, making every moment engaging, entertaining, and informative. The entire experience was fantastic. We enjoyed an incredible flamenco show, a delicious tapas dinner at a wonderful restaurant, and a fascinating tour through several neighborhoods while learning about Spain’s rich history and traditions. Pablo’s energy, humor, and knowledge made the evening truly special. He connected with everyone in our family and made the experience both educational and fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. I would highly recommend Pablo for any future tours. Loved the ambience and the history of the town. We enjoyed the Tapas as Pablo explained what they were. The Flamenco show was okay. Could have been better.

5.00My friends and I did this tour in april-2025 but I never had a time to write a review. Pablo, our tour guide was outstanding, and I'm falling short of how great he was, he was fun, he gave us the history and details of all the places where we went, he even surprised us at the end of the tour with a place that he recommended in which we had also a lot of fun after the tour. Pablo was unbelievable and we felt like family. By far this tour surpassed all the tours that I have ever taken fefore. I highly recommend this tour, you won't regret it.

5.00Pablo is a joyful fellow who took our group of eight on a walk in the gothic neighborhood of Barcelona. There’s nothing like a local who knows the twists and turns of small streets to find authentic experiences. Following an authentic flamenco show, we visited two tapas bars. It was a perfect experience. The food was really good, the buildings fascinating, and Pablo was full of ideas to make the experience even more fun, including picture opportunities. Highly recommend Pablo and this particular tour.

5.00Flamenco and Tapas experience was so good. Met our guide, it was 3 of us and him. His energy was sincere and infectious. We had such a great time. The time went by so fast. He was great as a photographer, and a great guide with tips and knowledge of the area and people. Beat trip of our 3 excursions in Barcelona. Pablo, our guide, was so fun. Kind heart and infectious energy. You will be so happy to encounter the Spanish Jack Black if you get him. I want him as our next tour guide for anything ❤️❤️❤️❤️
