You will explore Belfast through the best gin joints in town. Starting in a Victorian Gin Saloon you will sample a traditional gin whilst learning all about the rich history of the venue. Your next stop is a 5 star hotel where you will be taken through a guided gin tasting of three very different gins, learning the importance of mixers and garnishes and how they elevate the drink. You will also enjoy a light snack at this stop. Your third stop is a traditional pub located down a historic entry where you will visit a private gin bar to enjoy a gin gimlet cocktail whilst learning about the history of the cocktail and the bar itself. The penultimate stop is at one of Belfast's best cocktail bars where you'll enjoy another local gin cocktail with locally made honey! The final stop is a speakeasy cocktail bar that only the locals know about where you'll enjoy a refreshing Gin and Ginger Ale to finish your tour.

I enjoyed it very much. Only problem a few pigeons kept following me during the venue change. I tried to alert help but the pigeon was persistent. gin was terrific and tour guide was terrific. thank you.

We had a brilliant afternoon on the gin jaunt, Dave was full of knowledge about the history of gin and Belfast, he made the tour fun and kept everything moving seamlessly which was quite a task while responsible for 19 people on the gin! Was a great way to meet other people and see our city at its best, try new gins and bars. We are looking forward to working our way through the tours, cocktail tour next on the list! Keep up the good work!

Sarah was a delight. She guided my husband and I through out the streets of Belfast on a food and whiskey tour. She took us to a local cheese shop and tried some incredible cheeses, visited some lovely pubs and tasted different drinks. I am more of a tea drinker so was given the option of a cup of tea if I wished! I did try some whisky which was good. Sarah pointed out lots of historical buildings and facts and we had a lovely 3 hour tour. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect choice for our work Christmas do. The most delicious food, delicious drinks (to get us started) and a great tour guide who was knowledgeable, friendly and really good craic. Most of our colleagues had never experienced a Taste and Tour, and couldn't rate it highly enough! The Brunch tour was a perfect start to our day in Belfast. Our next tour together will have to be the Gin Jaunt!

Many compliments to Taste & Tour for their excellent “Belfast Food Trail” tour. Having enjoyed your 4-hour tour, we can now see why NCL offers this tour for their cruise passengers. Not only was the food exceptional, the sightseeing stops were also interesting and informative. Your guides Rachel and Rosie were wonderful and shared interesting stories on Belfast’s turbulent past and successful rebirth. Every food stop was tasty and special. Who would have known that the restaurant at City Hall served excellent sausage, egg & tomato sandwiches. Next up were the chocolate artisans, and I do mean artisans, at Co Couture for outstanding hot chocolate and candies. Then open-faced sandwiches and treats at Sawyers were wonderful (it’s a great store for treats to take home). Finally, we went to a pub for tasty seafood chowder or beef stew with wine or beer. All excellent! We highly recommend Taste & Tour of Belfast.
